    What a great way to celebrate the upcoming one year anniversary of our beautiful pond that you guys helped to build by seeing its construction again through this wonderful 3 part video. Walter and I want to thank you again for coming to Rochester along with Jaak and his crew. Its been an absolute joy to watch the pond and waterfall go through all 4 seasons. And now that the warmer weather is here, we are constantly outside by the pond, enjoying the sound of the waterfall and watching the fish. Thanks again and all the best to you!

    Visually a living piece of art. 2 years in the making, blending of hardscape with overflowing aquatic greenery and bordering plants. You certainly have framed your paradise and have happy fish as well. Congratulations to all!!

    Having watched many Aquascape videos I am glad to see this format in the building pond sequence. Maybe it is the years of watching, but with the timed lapse video portions, I am appreciating more of the multiple detail work in the foreground that goes on, while the technical and artistic work continues in the background. The joining of the liners, laying down cement sheets, geotextile padding, liner and more padding, rock placement, and just the flow watching different areas being worked simultaneously, this is a true representation that the team is all on the same page. Kevin, this is an awesome effort and video working with Atlantis, and yup I subscribed hoping you realize your format is a refreshing return what aspiring pond dreamers want to see or at least what my waterscape journey appreciates. This will be a fantastic water paradise and being part of viewing this intimate build, wanting an actual pond of my own. Thank you for sharing this experience and to the team.

    We started with a project in our backyard and then took the leap and reached out to local aquascape contractors and even Weston over at Tussey Landscaping let us work on a project with them. We stayed with smaller projects for the first couple years, now we're full time pond builders and quit our day jobs! It is definitely not easy work and definitely hard on your body but it is very satisfying work, but as always anything is possible if you work hard enough!

    Nice waterfall and video. Built a water feature for our back yard several years ago. I see from you video and some others some mistakes I made with mine. Decided to redo it this spring but wanted to watch some pros how they do a water feature first to avoid more mistakes. Should have watched some before I built ours rather than thinking I knew how. My basic knowledge was good but just needed some tips from the pros.

    Guys I loved it and I have one question is is the difference between the tank and the blocks ? And how the sand won’t get into the tank ?

  • @Tranquilityscapes
    @TranquilityscapesАй бұрын

    We use the aquabasin for 4' pondless waterfalls or small fountainscapes. It keeps the footprint smaller while still achieving a large amount of water in the reservoir. We do put geotextile fabric on the backside of the aquabasin so soil can't migrate into it. Aquablocks allow for a more customizable footprint and allow more water volume for larger projects as well.

    Hi abdulla. I wrapped my irrigation block in geotextile fabric to keep the sand out. My pump is in a separate box on the side so i can still access it. Hope this helps you
