🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 I've found a way to be motivated all the time. It took lots of life experiences (rights and wrongs) to end up here, but I have done it; I found the way, and it's bliss. I won't give it away, but I'll give a hint: It is a cycle of thoughts.

One tip i can give people is! I hate to have a boring time, so I put myself in different situations where I will experience boredom! For example I will go up way earlier than usual and have nothing to do, the pain of boredom is worse than the pain of working on project! I will stay occupied and busy so i wont feel the pain of boredom!

When you said "we just hit a 100 subs" I was like "WHAT" I genuinely felt like I was watching a creator whos been at this grind for years. Which I'm guessing you have been as you're knowledge of video creation is great but I'm assuming you chose to do this on a new channel or wipe a load of videos. Either way! love the video! Going to stick around for more of this.

Lapel mics are supposed to go on your shirt. Hence the name. Handling tiny mics doesn't make creators look authentic it just adds a bunch of noise for no reason.

I'm actually holding it because it audio quality is much better and it's easier. that's why most creators do so I imagine:)

Dopamine is a funny thing, it makes us feel now what we think it will feel like to finish our goal in the future, it is there to draw us towards our goal, evolutionarily it's why it is there, it creates the motivation to survive. After a while dopamine fades as our goal loses it's novelty and we quit, and like you say, we use discipline to move on. Ultimately it becomes too much and we quit, and that feels good to be free of that goal and that causes a dopamine shot. I believe quitting goals becomes an addiction of sorts. I believe if the goal is not practical in some way and will not produce some sustainable goal at the end, then it is a form of masturbation, just getting a dopamine high thinking about success in the future now, without having actually done something or very little in the present, then sometimes continuing beyond practicality because of self discipline just to get it done. You are right, we need to examine why we a pursuing a certain goal.

Motto: to win the race, you need to be disciplined and motivated. Well how? In order to achieve this you will need two tools: the timer and sticky notes. Here comes what to dos: Identification : 1) Why u want to do this and 2) why u r struggling to do this. Rough Draft: Summary of the whole activity. Once u have the outline, with the help of a timer u keep the consistency.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 *🎯 The video aims to provide a system to help complete projects without losing energy and motivation halfway through.* 00:54 *🔍 The creator researched and gathered information to build a system that has an overall positive impact and is adaptable to different needs.* 02:03 *⏳ The system is a three-step process that requires a timer and some note cards.* 02:18 *📵 Step 1: Cut screen time, as mindless consumption can destroy motivation.* 02:47 *❓ Step 2: Identify why you want to accomplish the task and why you struggle to do it.* 03:28 *📝 Step 3: Create a "Rough Draft" that outlines the entire process of the task, like a cheat code to visualize the entire process.* 05:31 *🗺️ The Rough Draft should be a comprehensive summary of the activity, including details like resources, timelines, and contingency plans.* 06:41 *⏰ When motivation is lost, use the Rough Draft to identify the next step and set a timer for 20 minutes to force yourself to do it.* 07:37 *💡 The key takeaways are understanding how motivation works and being proactive and thoughtful about the task at hand.* 08:02 *🌟 Putting in a little bit of effort every day will lead to success, as good things take time.* Made with HARPA AI
