  This is so me, I really want to build my personal brand on social media but I easily got intimidated and think my ideas are not worth it which makes me couldn't stay consistent 😢😢. Everything you explain in this video happens to me as a a child, right now i don't even have a single friend and i see that I'm beginning to pass this behaviour to my child by beating over every little thing and always asking him to stay indoors. But I knew better now and I will work on it, i don't want my child to go through what I'm going through.

  I admire you sweet heart. I got married as a virgin. My husband proudly declared it to his siblings/parents This earned me a lot of love and respect by my in-laws. They are wonderful regardless of that though.

  I totally agree with this. If you’re scared you won’t find a man, it’s understandable but I can tell you for a fact, God still has sons. I am in a relationship with a man who has the same values and maintains his boundaries as do I. It is worth the wait ❤

  Thanks Winnie for this. I remember my life back in university when I was told to present assignments. I couldn't breath at all while standing in front of my fellow students , until my lecturer asked me to breath in and out. I did my presentations while facing at the wall. I later decided to take a lecturing job so as to grow my confidence. Guess what! my confidence is at 80% now. Waiting for part 2.🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪

  It's my university period that hurt me the most, shy , timid but you cant intimidate me always because I'm sturbon, the difference is how i react without composure. My last academic activity in school my project defense, i practiced and prayed a million time and after i succeeded, even lecturers were surprised cos they said they dont know i cant talk, i got A in my project defence. They said that because of the way i was in class, they didn't atleast that i know something at all.

  Whewww story of my life. At one point, my dad jumped from one security guard to 4 just to guard the gate from us stepping out. He was overly protective of me especially. The worst, the universe plotted against me with a man who deprived me from socializing and making my own friends. It sucks😭 Solid truth, I don’t blame my dad. There is no manual in parenting.
