    It seems the failure rate of the Prime 20k is higher than the 737. My Prime died at 29 cycles. My 737 just crossed 140 cycles and is still kicking. More features doesn't always mean better I guess. Currently the 737 and the Prime 20k are the same $109 price tag on Amazon and I am about to pick up another 737 over the Prime. Plus, Anker sends out used refurb batteries under warranty. They reset the cycles but still give used cells. Yuck.

    Nice power bank. I have one the same shape from Temu that didn't come with a charger. It's at 86 percent but need to order the USB charger cable. Nice power bank I'm going to order one. I got mine to mount to my electric bike to power the accessories that way my lights doesn't drain my bike motor. Thank you for the how to video. 👍

    You can switch the brush off, for hard floors, might work better? Also the red light was telling you the bag was full so that might explain the dust? We only get 6pods free now

    The issue I have with my Vax Platinum is that while the vacuum 'works' there doesn't appear to be any water being dumped into the 'waste' tank at the bottom. I can't find if there is a blockage nor any advice on how to resolve. Any ideas?

    How's your power station been working out?? I had to buy a Jackery Explorer 300 this past winter since we had a power outage for a good day. It works great with my cpap machine. It was awful getting up and not having cpap machine the next day. My Resmed cpap pretty much drains my station in 7 hours. It's good to have back up. Thanks for doing these videos.

    Hello I’ve had no issues with my 521 Anker however I do not use a cpap machine, it’s possible you needed a higher model, which larger capacity, I’ve recently purchased another Anker 521 as I’ve been so pleased with my first purchase. I am also charging mine using solar. Hope the new model works well for you

    The steam mop works great in hard floors, however it’s not that good on carpet. It does remove first from carpet but it can help to sanitise the carpet if required. Personally I use this steam mop on hard floors and use a carpet cleaner for the carpets.

    just got one and I notice when I switch off the machine it leaves a pile of the larger debris on the floor more or less piled up.. It is like it sucks it up but get stuck near the head and once you switch it off , it just drops. There doesn't seem to be any blockage and it was my first time using it too.. Any suggestions ?

  • @powellj27
    @powellj272 ай бұрын

    You could try turning the power on and make sure it’s in carpet mode so the brush roll is on, if it continues you may have a defective machine. I’ve had no issue with pick up on mine, the dust bin can get full quickly and the filter does need to be cleaned regularly

    I just got my power bank with the charging dock. Literally just delivered this morning. It’s been plugged in and on the dock for about 30 min now and nothing. For how expensive this thing is, it should work without issue. Especially how common this seems to be.

  • @powellj27

    Hello I think when they are shipped you need to start the Charing using the supplied usb c cable until it’s for some charge in it, then charge it from the base. I’ve found if the power bank is totally drained it does not charge from the docking station and you need to plug the cable in to start it off. However my fix for this is to only drain the power bank down to 1% then you know it will charge from the base fine.

    From Anker's website regarding this charging stand and power bank: "Note: If your Anker Prime Power Bank is fully drained, charge it through the USB-C port until it reaches at least 1%. After that, you can use the magnetic base to wirelessly charge the power bank." This isn't a malfunction, but an intended result of the equipment design specifications.

    Yes I’ve used ours in Lino and tiled floors the trick with Lino is not to have the mop too hot and to keep it moving. If it’s too hot it can cause the adhesive to melt underneath and worse case scenario your need to put some more adhesive on it but I’ve had no issues using it in low to medium

    I'm looking at this. Large house, probably vacum maybe once a week. We have a Dyson corded hoover but we cant move it because it sticks to the carpet. maybe using this on normal setting and then boost mode for visible dirt will just about do it.

  • @powellj27
    @powellj274 ай бұрын

    Hello, thanks for watching. I’m still using mine and it’s great for upstairs as it’s light easy to use in upright mode and then switch to handheld for the stairs. Run time is not that good in boost, if you use boost a lot it will turn off due to over heating, but if you use it in short bursts it’s fine. Battery has lasted for the while house (4 bed) but it was low when I finished and this was used on a mixture of high and normal power.

    A good demo ! VAX actually recommend a water temperature of up to 40 C. When using the hand-held scrubber, I notice that sometimes the connection to the machine is loose, which prevents the spraying action, so I have to shove the connecting hose in again. One downside of the cleaning action is that the edges of carpets don't get cleaned, owing to the design of the rotating brushes. These have to be done separately using elbow grease and solution. In order to help the drying process, particularly after spot cleaning, I place a towel onto the damp carpet and step on it so that even more water is removed from the carpet.

    you should notice that the 100w made it overheat and it reset the charging to only take 44w @22:25 i heard it actually stays at 44 til the full charge too. I bought the same bank. but i found it wise to go with a 67w charger for it which would actually charge it faster than the 100w because of that problem. I dont think the 67w would make it overheat. i havent tried it yet but i will. im currently waiting on the charger.... but yea if i had a channel i would point that out for buyers

    I suppose the primary purpose of that charger with the pins is convenience, and it also provides you with some USB charging ports on the side, which is nice. Personally, I have a 65-watt UGREEN desk charger with 2 USB-C and 2 USB-A ports, and it's very convenient to have a desk charger like this.
