Cool video! I appreciated Eliezra's honesty when talking about her 'form' (in that she doesn't overthink it). But also, teenagers play so fast! I'm sure Eliezra plays differently 'off camera', or whatever, but still, slow down! It's disc golf; you have 30 seconds to throw every shot (and 25 seconds can be edited out) so breathe and concentrate! Sigh, me giving advice to a distance queen. She'll win Worlds someday, for sure. (Lykke will take Second 😅😅.)

The purple/blue swirly s-blend scepter is a straighter firebird with some glide but reliably overstable. They made a buttload of them so it should be easy to acquire.

My girlfriend throws the current run of Halo Firebird at 160 grams seems less stable than star, champ, or even Gstar firebirds. she throws 335ft on flat ground max.

Hi, Kelley Park course ambassador here. Based on my arm speed and release MPH, The Mantra does that. Sounds like you want more fade though. I get a lot as I don't get it to max speed. Maria Oliva Dynasty has a little more fade in my experience. Consider throwing and Animus or Construct which are a little thicker rim but if thrown like a firebird will have predictable fade at the end. I try the Construct first. I like the 167 gram weight. Off brand, have you tried the MVP Tesla? That seems fit the bill. I prefer Fission plastic in pink. Pink fly better.

How about Steamline? The glow Lift is pretty over stable. I throw it on backhand & forehand. Goes 260-300ft for me.

I used a Champion Firebird, and switched to a Lat64 Opto Pioneer. In TSA discs, I think the Animus is more stable than the numbers say.

I don't have enough experience with either Thought Space or Infinite so I'd suggest the obvious (I'm sure you already have). Check with Maria, Erika, or Ali for their Thought Space suggestions. While the FPO game is more similar to Am arms you are still well above most of us. My "firebird" would be flippy for you I'm sure!

Fellow Infinite team member here (ambassador team)! I would definitely try the Omen in a different plastic/weight from TSA. If that is still too overstable maybe try the Coalesce. A Scepter is indeed a good idea. I would say try it in S Blend plastic and/or I Blend. C Blend might be too overstable. Try different weights as well. A Roman could also be worth a shot, it's a little faster but maybe less overstable. Finally, try a Halo Dynasty or Halo Aztec. That may not be as overstable as you want, but it's worth a shot.

Try Discs website is a great tool to compare disc’s disc dimensions that can lead You to a similar disc. Unfortunately it leaves out parting line placement that seems to be an indication of a discs stability.

Recommendations for each brand: For Infinite: #1) Scepter since its Rim Configuration of 28.25 is closer to Thunderbird’s R.C. of 31 rather than Roman’s 27.25. If the scepter is too stable try the Roman. #2Roman: If the Scepter is too shallow then try the Roman since the Roman is less shallow. Both the Roman and Scepter have the same rim width of 1.9 which is the same as the Thunderbirds. The Thunderbird and the FX-2 both have an 1.6 Rim Height and the Roman’s has a 1.5 while the Scepter has a 1.4. Based on the numbers the Roman should be less stable. I’m assuming the Roman’s parting line is lower than than the Scepters. For Thought Space athletics: #1 Coalesce since it should have the most similar stability but if its 1.9 Rim Height makes it too deep or uncomfortable to hold or it is does not have enough glide and/or distance than try the Mantra (1.7 Rim Height and a 6 glide); in the Ethereal or Glow plastic hoping it will be shallow enough,stable enough and offer more glide and distance than the Coalesce. #2 Mantra since it and the Thunder bird have the same Rim Width (1.9) and more similar to Thunderbirds’ Rim Configuration of 31 while Mantra’s rim circumference is 32 and Construct’s is 26.5. Other choices for both brands: Need more distance but may be too understable try Infinite’s Aztec’s premium C blend plastic that has a Rim depth of 2 rather than Thunderbirds 1.9 and T.S.A.’s Construct that has a 2.1 Rim Width. FYI: The Fx-2 has a Rim Width of 2.0. The larger rim Width should equate to more distance. Question to consider:Did your Fx-2 get more distance than your Thunderbird? Need less distance than try: Thought Space’s Votum which has a 1.8 Rim Width compared to Thunderbirds 1.9 and Fx-2’s 2.0 Imfinite Disc’s Exudus which also has a 1.8 Rim Width compared to Thunderbirds 1.9 and Fx-2’s 2.
