Plan to try it out in our next brainstorming meeting. Here is a summery of the steps: 1. challenges-opportunity: HMW (How might we…improve…?) 2. Big Sailboat - things working and not working (10min) Positive: write what is working well (4 min) read what is on the note (1-2 min) Negative: capture all the problems (5 min) 3. Prioritize problems (3min and 3 votes) 4. Reframe problems (3 min)-- HMW (How might we ...supports…?) 5. Ideate (6 min) 6. Prioritize solutions (6 min and 6 votes) 7. What to execute on (10 min) 8. Action plan (5 min)

Is Chris really gonna pretend that he didn't know that there was the letter E in the word "FUTURE" The E in Chris's logo is clearly deliberately left out. There are a ton of logos that leave out letters and or are spelled just the way they sound, which makes the logo even more unique at the same characterizes the logo even more, basically making the actual type the symbol There is nothing impressive about the logo that John recreated, at all... Chris is laying on the bullshit

John needs to take Chris's redesigned logo Because his current Logo a third grader could have been more creative.

And does Jon actually believe that Chris didn't know there was the letter E in future???? I'd be insulted if I was Chris

I'll take Chris's logo. much more creative and totally more characteristic as well as timeless.

It's almost a joke and not even usable to have an actual photograph as apart of the logo... Chris is just appeasing Jon

Sometimes we over complicate things. I think a good brainstorming exercise will do the trick. Most great inventions and most creative ideas were not the result of design thinking workshops or design sprints.

What an awesome tool and video: simple and memorable steps, real-life comments (and mistakes), and funny, too (love your 'highly scientific methods'). I can't wait to use this in a workshop next month. It will be a game-changer for that team! Thank you so much!
