  Здраствуй, что за процессор? Если ryzen 3550h или i5 9300h (i5 8300h) то он просто физически не может долбится в сотку. По частоте скорее всего ryzen. Если это так то вези ноут в ремонт. У меня gtx 1650 i59300h на этих настройках 70+ фпс, а ну 1920x1080 стабильные 62 с просадками до 58

  You have something seriously wrong with your pc. Even a 750ti gets like over 100 fps at 1080p.

  My CPU is reducing the performance of GPU by 25% for all games. I have used FPS monitor and the usage level never crosses 75% for GPU.

  The GPU usage is less than CPU. Thats not good. youre using single channel ram aswell. The ryzen cpu are so dependent on ram, If you get another 8 gig. you will have stable performance.

  I'd recommend getting another 8gb ram stick. FPS is boosted a lot on dual channel.

  Hey brother there is a new hotfix driver of nvidia which increases the fps of gtx 1650 I own the same laptop after the the latest driver how much fps are you getting on high in 1080p

  I tested it with the new update 441.20. Benchmark as under - 1. Resolution - 1920 X 1080 (Without FXAA & MSAA) a) Low - 43 to 48 fps b) Medium - 38 to 42 fps c) High - 32 to 40 fps d) Ultra - V RAM is not high enough 2. Resolution - 1920 X 1080 (With FXAA & MSAA) a) Low - 27 to 35 fps b) Medium - 18 to 25 fps c) High - V RAM is not enough d) Ultra - V RAM is not high enough

  Optimal temperature under heavy load should be in between 65 to 80. So nothing to worry about unless it breaches the threshold.

  Games performance is mostly impacted by using MSA, FXA settings. If you turn that off and keep everything on high you'll get 30 to 50 fps. If you turn texture details and effects detail to medium you'll get a boost of 5fps. But i will suggest to use all high and turn off FXA, MSA settings.

  The default resolution of this laptop is 1080p. Have you checked the frame rates at this resolution.

  Yes. Frame rate drops are mostly in crowded towns. Else FPS is always in between 30 to 50.
