Allah says, "I am truly near." And that He responds when one calls upon Him. And it gives us the solution to all our problems. The solution is to worsbip Him. It is to believe in Him. Once one does that, there is nothing that can make him feel alone anymore. I hope this answers your questions. Also, if you're looking into Islam, I would kindly suggest that you do it with an open mind and genuine curiosity instead of pointless criticism like most people do. If you have questions, you can inquire about it to any muslim scholar or the Imam of your local mosque.
