For people with newer laptops: 1. Search "Intel Graphics Command Center" (on search bar on bottom left) 2. Click on it(the icon) then Click "Accept" when it opens 3. Click on 4th button on left vertical panel (the one with "4 squares" icon) 4. Click on "Power" (should be on top right) 5. In middle of page, there is a toggle bar right below "Display Power Savings" 5a. Click on that toggle bar to turn it off. 5b. Right above "Display Power Savings" you see option called "Plugged In"(and/or "On Battery" ) 5c. Click that and then click on toggle bar to off too (just like on step 5a) Result: This should turn off that annoying auto-dimming feature. Note: 1. You have to click the "off" button two different times/rounds. One for "Plugged in" option selected, then for "On Battery" option selected to get if off for both. 2. Obviously it only for Intel Graphics Card(not AMD), else you wouldn't have "Intel Graphics Command Center"(step 1) program to begin with

OS recovery tool is unable to detect wifi adapters, 1:25 I have wifi enabled in BIOS settings. How can I perform RESER and UPDATE if it can't connect to internet. I have working wifi and ethernet during Windows but it can't detect any while on OS Recovery. Thank you Dell
Second one worked for me just searched for touchpad and I found it went disabled by itself and the fn f5 couldnt work cuz of this so I just enabled bottons and touchpad again and works fine now

i am using this in my pc, i want to know how to access boot menu and bios menu in dell KM7321W? as per my motherboard pressing delete button goes to my bios menu, and pressing f12 button goes to boot menu, i purchase this keyboard today, but after perssing both the keys i am unable to go in boot menu and bios menu. pls help!

what a pile of cobblers. dell trackpad have a well known issue across the range. its a problem with capacative sensing. its a hardware fault imo and cant be fixed without replacement. dell have ignored the problem over many years. i will not buy another dell product period
