U forgot to say the S9 tab comes with the Spen integrated while the Ipad doesn't. So extra money. Plus the accessories for the Ipad are more expansive than those for the S9. Finally, u can get the S9 at less than 600$ right now in some stores.

I prefer the MacBook keyboard with slightly dished key caps. They have a much better typing feel, than a keyboard with flat key caps. In the video, there's no light deviations on the, Surface's key; indicating they're flat. This easy, but effective feature is forgotten on most laptops; in fact, my Legion 5 Pro 16, like many from Lenovo, has dished key caps.

Nvidia makes the best GPU's and they are great because Back in 2022 NVIDIA announced their open-source kernel driver and over the past year those open-source GPU kernel modules have matured a lot, which was great to see. iPad Pro is a tablet that thinks it's a laptop. Surface Pro is a laptop that thinks it's a tablet. iPads still have the archaic "iOS but bigger" even if they gave it a fancy name, it's just customized iOS for big screens. The Surface runs FULL WINDOWS. That's the key difference. It's literally the thing people have been asking Apple for YEARS.

Yea, the Surface Laptop Studio, but it’s not an all around well laptop like the new SL7. Battery is really bad on it and it’s really bulky.

No matter how cool the iPad is you are comparing Windows, a full productivity OS with iPadOS, a toy OS. Surface Pro all the way. Unless of course you are using it exclusively for browsing and email, then go for iPad.
TU on the video ... Decided on Surface Pro. It easy to to upgrade from 256 to 512 and 1TB SSD. Does not appear your able to do that with the iPad. The one thing that I only like with the iPad was able to get it in a 11" screen. Anyway ... getting up an age and my eyes are going bad anyway don't rightly care about 1600 nits vs 900 nits. Apple accessories vs Microsoft accessories are usually more expensive. And not sure how good Apple Magic Keyboard is, cost is $100 more than Microsoft and it appears to be a lot of complaints.

STOP comparing laptops by their thickness and weight. To get a laptop that much slim companies make their laptops less efficient and more useless in long runs. This isn't what we should expect from a powerful and stable laptop.

Deepcools AK500 or AK620 tower coolers are amazing, I use them exclusively to cool workstations where I work and zero issues during heavy rendering.

I have the legion go, and had the rog ally z1 extreme, and SD in the past, and I would say go with the Rog ally x… the only thing stopping it from being a master piece is the lack of hall effect joysticks, I feel that’s a must on a handheld device considering without it you would get stick drift eventually.. but all are good options good luck on your pick
I ordered Galaxy Book 4 Pro 14 inch with ultra 7 processor when $300 discount was offered. When checking display model, it was very light and oled screen is good. I don't do video editing. Excitedly waiting for the notebook to get delivered.

Not really. The MacBook fans will not go anywhere. However, MacBooks will not grow in market share moving forward since their biggest appeal is battery life. Windows PC with Snapdragon X Elite chips or Intel Lunar Lake CPUs just have to keep battery life close to Apple MacBooks.
