Is ICEM module available in the version 2024 R1??
ANSYS is good, however, some features has been missing for long, such as composite section for beam 1D elements, also tapered sections for frame 1D elements, such as link 180 or beam189, these features exist in apdl, but they do not in workbench
When using the volume inlet to fill particles, the particles keep moving along the direction of gravity, and then they also penetrate the geometry region I set up, and finally disappear, do any of you know what's the reason for this?
The latest versions of Discovery / Spaceclaim have real issues. The versions 2023 and 2024 have lots of troubles with big assemblies with drawings. It becomes slower and slower, frequent program crashes, and not yet a solution in sight. Dissappointing that the focus seems to be on new features while running stable and quick arr degraded the last versions.
Love the feature that it can predict file sizes and length of computation. Will definitely use this for large assemblies.
Nice. Is it possible in Discovery to optimize a duct shape using a bounded space by fluid simulation? Or it has to be done in Fluent with the adjoint method?

GPU Usage ?? It is interesting. Because as I know life, the only thing that will work is on $20,000 TESLA cards, because it won't work on a regular card, e.g. 4090... You don't even want to uninstall...
