First of all, two smaller lunches are better for keeping your metabolism running all day, which helps you keep excess fat off. One lunch is what doesn't make sense based on what we now know about the human body. Also, a big, carb heavy dinner doesn't make sense in the modern world. In the past, humanity ate more before bed because it helps to build fat. In human history, fat was seen as important because food wasn't as readily available, and it was necessary to build fat for survival. Building fat now just puts you at risk of having more health complications with how easy it is to get food. What it all boils down to is this: breakfast should be fat and carb heavy for energy throughout the day, lunch should be split into two to three sessions of protein and (healthy)sugar heavy meals/snacks for keeping you in prime working condition while building yourself based on the work you've already done in the morning, dinner should be protein and amino acid heavy, and light on the fats/carbs to help the body recover from the work you've done that day while building yourself up to meet the next day's challenges. Me: a public school kid/combat disabled Marine veteran(no college, sadly) who grew up with a college professor dad. Smart parents are the most important thing for having smart kids. But private school helps. My experience with public school: the kids were dumb. I was entitled because I knew everything the teachers taught before they taught it since I studied the syllabus on my own at the beginning of the year/during the end of summer break. It made me worse off because no competition made me lazy. I basically studied enough to pass because I would add up the points needed from the syllabus to pass and ignored everything else. I graduated with a D in most classes because I ignored all the work and aced all the tests. I wasted my potential because my dad made me smart and public school made me dumb. Just my early life experiences. Nevertheless, something to consider.

I taught computers in grades 3 to 8 at small independent private school in Miami, Florida. I also was a substitute teacher for them. It' s a preschool -8th grade school. They were very polite and respectful. I found out that as a preschooler they learned proper behavior no matter who the teacher is. I loved every minute of it. My dad (deceased) was Chief Master Sargent (USAF)/ retired and told all four of his kids those same behaviors. I went to public school (K-12) and state universities. I saw things from both sides.

Hi, it is a great video. I am coming to Cornell as a freshman this fall. I plan to get there one day before the moving in day from LA. Is it enough time? Also both my mom and me are not good drivers, so I think we might use Uber for transportation there. I heard moving in day can cause traffic on campus and Uber might not be willing to do it. Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks.
