  Do you think a smoke machine might work better? We've been doing the water tests at our shop for a while but sometimes it is just so dang hard to find the leaks, even with a guy on the inside.

  @@aymensghaier2558 my issue was a clogged radiator, the idiot mechanic forgot to take it off when he replaced my busted radiator, cost my $27k in a rebuilt short after.

  @@aymensghaier2558 first check if your fan clutch works, unplug while truck is running, it should kick in. 2) I guess it’s normal for dd15 to reach high temperatures, check what’s normal or not with dealership. I added a switch to kick in fan too

  If it blinks 4 -4 it’s a right sensor but I won’t just go and replace sensors, check sensor resistance 1.2k ohms it should be

  It's a thermo king evolution apu, you know how trucks won't start sometimes and you have to spray a fuel starter on the air filter. That's the noise that my apu makes.

  Hello. Freightliner Cascadia 2016 Auto. The truck won't start the tractor's ABS light is on and the DEF light is red Flashing No check engine light. The dashboard screen does not show the transmission message and the screen just stuck with Underscore marks.

  It does matter which wire you use, I tried it, and did not work,, one wire has power the other does not, attach the switch to the power wire , and it works.

  What I know, ABS should not affect your truck start. I would ignore abs light now, and focus on truck start. Upload a video to hiaibox.com, explain your issue. Sometimes they have mechanics who will write back.

  So when I plug in the pigtail the abs light on the trailer won’t turn on . We checked the fuses on the dash all good we have power at the plug but no power in the center hole on the pig tail ! No abs lights on the dash stay on I don’t know what it could be 2009 freightliner century

  @@mexi9787 fyi that abs module is for tractor only, I don’t think it has any relationship with trailer ABS.

  @@owneroperatorlife4380so what would the problem be yes my tractor abs system is working fine no lights on the dash . I just got the truck and put new lines on the back when I went to hook up to a trailer all the lights turned on expect for the Trailer ABS All the fuses are okay , the new lines work hooked it up to another truck and it worked for the abs light . So from the plug back to the truck is my problem I just don’t know where else to look after the looking at the fusees !

  Replaced pndb & my passenger side fuse box, I opened both of them & they had water damage. Water from roof, I think comes from marker lights & antenna bases, I did a lot of sealing all over. If you have a cascadia, make sure you worry about water leaking on all fuse boxes in the hood. I sealed the water catcher below windshield wipers, & sprayed sealant on all fuse boxes

  Keep in mind the red stop engine and yellow warning dash lamps illuminate with the key on mode momentarily . Fuse spades inside the battery box will be corroded . Testing the fuse with a test lamp may light up but may not go through the connector . The data link will not have electrical current to it ! Pull hard on the battery ECM wiring to find a corroded break .

  @@CarbonPoweredLife well let me share this with you, the one behind the driver seat was bad due to a water leak, I was driving through rain and I smelled electric burn, I replaced it with a new one and covered it with plastic, then I decided to replace the abs module in the video. I think the water leak fried both on my century. However, there should be an abs button behind the driver seat, if you push it it should give you blinks on dash board, count then then search code on line. My truck did not deliver the codes when I pushed the button that’s why I replaced module in this video. I hope I am helping you right. Ask me more questions if you need any further help.

  Water leak on module behind driver seats definitely was fried from rain, I think it caused an electric short and destroyed the one in this video.

  Ah ok thanks, yeah I have an abs light on the dash but when I push the button it doesn't produce the blinks that make a code for the problem it just changes the brightness of the light while the button is held. I tried replacing the module behind the driver's seat but it didn't fix it.

  First thing you want to check is the light bulb for the abs light on your dash
