I would never recommend this baler. 25 years experience in the waste industry, and this is one of the worst designs in the market. Over complicated, weak structure, and very hard to repair. Nothing on this baler is an off the shelf, parts for this unit will be very hard to source. When that touch pad breaks you will have to replace the whole thing. Vs other units where you would be able to just replace individual components. Like switches, and warning lights. An engineer had fun designing this but the users and technicians will hate it. You will eventually be down for weeks waiting for parts. You will regret this purchase.
I can guarantee that is a lie . That is not dry. Maybe telford smith does not know what dry means !
Hi Peter, Thanks for the comment! it really helps our videos and gives us the opportunity to go into greater detail. The drying/compacting process of the Runi Screw Press increases the dry matter content of PE film from 60% to 90% at a low energy consumption of only 24 kW per 1,000 kg! This is the most cost efficient and in our opinion the most effective way to dry PE material before downstream processing. @@telfordsmithmachineryengin4958 would be fairer and more accurate to describe output as "damp" not "dry" ,otherwise it is just like greenwashing when some company descrives their shoes as made with "ocean plastic" , yet they only use the PET fraction and fail to tell what happens to all the rest of collected polymers .... just saying could be less misleading to reader if accurate descriptions are stated at the outset.
