3:18 looks like just what I need to do when my hip acts up. After breaking my femur, my hip is what normally gives me issue. I have do a good bit of these stretches when trying to loosen up my hip. Feels like it needs to be "popped" if that makes sense. But I never saw anything to bend to the side like that! I can't wait to try it when I get home.
