Feriha Yilmaz is an attractive, beautiful, talented and ambitious daughter of a poor family. Her father, Riza Yilmaz, is a janitor in Etiler, an upper-class neighbourhood in Istanbul. Her mother Zehra Yilmaz is a maid. Feriha studies at a private university with full scholarship. While studying at the university, Feriha poses as a rich girl. She meets a handsome and rich young man, Emir Sarrafoglu. Feriha lies about her life and her family background and Emir falls in love with her without knowing who she really is. She falls in love with him too and becomes trapped in her own lies.

The police probably have a poster of both our hero and heroine. Most likely to get murderous attacked on by everyone and anyone. Kidnapped or just generally stalked. Everyone seems to be in love with our hero and heroine, and the writers are throwing so many freaking obstacles in their love, it’s getting tired.

Feriha's dad is the real representation of the crocodile tears. He cries and attack her with so much rage. That's not a dad's love. He has been having mistakes after mistakes with such a bad consequences: Halil almost killed his wife and Feriha. It was all Reeza's fault. He was the one that decided that relationship because some magazine ... Nasty way of processing your challenges as a parent. He is the example of what a parent "should not be". He is concerned about his reputation, not about Feriha's happiness. Parents like him push away their kids and make them even to choose any path to leave the torture they are having beside them.

Emir, Feriha could not give you the chance she is giving Levent, because you are much more precious to her than what Levent could ever be. To Feriha it would be an absolute tragedy to lose you, so she does everything in her power to keep you in her life, even if it results in emotional and loneliness turmoil for her. She loves you more than she loves herself. Levent is a good friend, and guide. Feriha likes him a lot and respects him as a guide and teacher. That is why she insists on addressing him as Mr. Levent. She will be sad to lose him when he has to leave her proximity but it would not be nearly as seismic a disaster to Feriha as it is when you leave her life. Without you Feriha cannot be happy. She insists on believing that you will be in her life. That is why she doesn’t let you see all her blemishes.

The only thing I did like about Emir and Feriha being separated for 3 years was #1- she got to prove that no matter how much she spoke to and spent time with Levent, she never loved him nor would she ever fall in love with him as Emir always thought. #2- she created her own wealth and proved everyone else wrong about her just being interested in money. Best part is she got to the top in 3 years #3- she loved Emir so much that he was the only man in her life and she held on to her values and beliefs even if her dad and others didn't know it and thought the worst of her. #4- she was right to not trust Ece and Emir was the one who lacked wisdom and was immature. He fell right into Ece's trap. And that's why Yavuz stopped harassing him. He realized he fell right into her game too. If only Emir would've listened to his own discernment when Ece was first hired, but he ignored it. Of course it has to do with the script, but in real life we can't ignore these things 😄

Levent’s idea of teaming up Feriha and Emit is working just as he intended. However, he is sending the gossip mills at school in a terrible tizz. Emir thinks of it as a challenge from Levent, as per his conversation with Koray on the basketball court. Hande, her friend and Chancu are completely confused. If Levent came to teach at the school for Feriha, what is the rationale behind teaming her up with Emir, given Emir’s history? None of the young group know the many faces of love. Koray knows Emir and Feriha’s love, no matter how thin it appears, is totally above understanding by the others in their group. So Koray, just observes,and tries to keep Emir out of trouble. Hande, and Chancu’s self centred nature close their eyes to the possibility that the fact that Emir creates spaces for Feriha to convince him of her motivations for lying, and the fact that he protects her, and the fact that he is struggling to keep Levent away from her, in spite of the fact that he is not officially “ with Feriha “ , could mean that Emir hasn’t given up on his relationship with Feriha. He wants to stay in her life, but he doesn’t want to be scared that he will find himself in a situation that Mehmet is in. He wants to know that he is be loved by Feriha, whether he is rich or poor. So his actions are understandable. It is very sad and very anger inducing that Emir could think that Feriha would steal the engagement ring to sell it. He knew and loved Feriha for a whole year, yet, he includes her into his is stereotyping poor people as thieves, and ones who would sell their daughter’s dignity to relieve themselves of financial debts, and Feriha to be part of such life. This is a major flaw in Emir’s way of understanding the world, and one which could only spell disaster in a rich man poor girl relationship, especially one which has to bear negative family pressure. I understand Feriha too
Feriha should tell both Levent and Emir that Sanem hit her. Feriha knows that Levent would not harm her, even if he doesn’t believe that Sanem can slap someone. Feriha should also tell Emir to let him know that his partner is like that. Feriha knows full well that Emir would not want anyone apart from himself, to harm or annoy Feriha

Ridiculous,the way they messed up the beautiful love story,just because they wanted to end the serial suddenly.What a let down to the viewers.
The difference between Mehmet and Koray? Both weak in the face of the dangerous women in their lives. Both fail to protect those who deserve their love. Both have caring hearts, but also can be very unfair because both allow their pants to rule their hearts. Both will do anything for their children. They will sacrifice the ones they love for their children. The one capable of ruining his sister’s life to protect his family’s good standing in their social circles. The other capable of being quietly complicit in ruining the lives of his best friend (Emir)and the one person who gave her everything to protect him( Feriha paid with her relationship with Emir, her everything, to make sure that Koray and Gunce’s secret abortion stays a secret). Koray wants to be a good friend. He is too weak to be a good friend. Mehmet wants to be a good brother and a good son, but he is too weak. Neither have the same handsomeness as Emir, though both have attractive physical features of young men. The difference between the men? the financial resources available to them. How do we the audience love these characters? for who they are? Or what they have? How they look? The esteem in which their respective societies hold them?
