  I've always considered myself a big fan of Asia, and that was mainly due to John Wetton. I'd always admired his beautiful, powerful voice, amazing bass, and excellent song writing, no matter who he was with. I was devastated by the loss. When my wife informed me that Asia would be playing nearby in Ft. Lauderdale FL, I must admit I was not really keen on going to see them. As much as I love the music, I couldn't bear to see anyone else on lead vocals. I felt it would be too painful, and just wouldn't be "right". However, the more I thought about it, I realized that I NEEDED to go. I needed to be there to pay tribute to the band and songs and the legacy of John Wetton. I did no research on the recent happenings of the band. We simply purchased our tickets, headed to the event, and were prepared to pay tribute and in a strange way, have closure. Well, let me tell you, we were completely blown away!! I do not know who you are or where you came from (but now am learning!), but you are INCREDIBLE! Not only do you naturally sound like Mr. Wetton, you have enough of your own powerful voice, musicianship and personality on stage to distinguish yourself from anyone I've ever seen. I know you will have an outstanding career, whichever way you choose to go. Of course, I'm hoping and praying you have found a home with Asia, and that your presence will lead them to do great things. I am now curious about your song writing talents, and hoping they will also be shining through in the near future! I apologize for the lengthy post, but I needed to share this and thank you for your outstanding performance that has really made my day! Dennis

  I yelled it from the 20th row in Bethlehem, PA, on July 13, 2024: "We love you, Harry!" Thank you. Thank you for singing this song live. Thank you for bringing your whole self, your all, to the table. You are beginning to learn just how much you are appreciated in carrying on the Legacy of John Wetton. It is a heavy and deep honor and responsibility to carry such a legacy and you are doing a beautiful job. There are naysayers abound... but I'm not listening to them. I listen, with my heart, to the music unfolding before me. John's version always moved me to tears and goosebumps, as did Greg Lake's. You, sir, are no exception. Goosebumps and tears at the Windcreek Event Center and each and every time I listen to this recording. Keep bringing it, Harry. 🥰
