Does Delaware North promote Supplier Diversity initiatives?
We understand that our expertise and scale as a global business offers us a unique opportunity to support and promote a more inclusive supply chain. We work with mix of local and national suppliers, distributors and wholesalers, including Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs). In addition to maintaining our own partnerships, we regularly review with our largest procurement partners’ corporate social responsibility approaches and confirm their use of MBE partners. Within our travel subsidiary, we partner with small businesses that are part of the Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program, which was designed to create a level playing field and allow disadvantaged business enterprises to compete fairly for Department of Transportation-assisted contracts.-JJ
@@delawarenorthdigitalmarket311 That’s great. My firm is an ACDBE/DBE registered firm Under PennDOT (Pennsylvania). Is there a specific contact within Delaware North that My company can reach out to, to see if there’s a synergy between our companies? Thank you for the detailed response. Normally wouldn’t receive such a insightful reply, truly appreciate your input. Please continue with these great videos!

I just read a article about the Buffalo Bills ending their partnership with Delaware North. The Bills have signed with Legends which is owned by Jerry World and my New York Yankees. Interesting. GO DOLPHINS!
If you don't need a job, delaware north is perfect for you. Regardless of an employee's experience or performance, they always schedule idiots without proper health code service certification because they don't have to pay them as much as someone with certification and experience. The management is so inept, they send out orientation/training schedules with the wrong MONTH on the preformed email. The majority of their management are lacking in interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and common sense. I work at TIAA Everbank Field, home of the Jaguars. The food is, well, disgusting. I've been working in the industry for over 20 years. I know it's challenging to serve 400 people and make every dish a masterpiece, but the quality of the work here is laughable. Top that off with a paycheck for the exact same event, same COST for the event, same amount of hours worked, with an $80 variance, and the pay becomes questionable. To begin, the orientation takes place 8 weeks before you even get scheduled for a day. The management kept saying the schedule would be out the following week, then the next week, then the next week, etc. The scheduling app they make you download, which requires a QR code to complete its setup, is useless, too. Also, every time you log in, it has to send you a code via text for you to log on. EVERY....SINGLE....TIME! When you DO get scheduled, expect to wait in a line to check in for about a half hour, EVERY SINGLE TIME, in 100 degrees, even if you have your photo ID, badge, and season credentials. The check in is manned by the employees that are too old to walk the massive property anymore, and they LOVE to be in charge! There are bottles of water and snacks while you're in line waiting, and these elder check in staff are the SNACK GESTAPO! Don't even THINK about getting 2 waters while you're dying in the Florida sun! All hell will rain down if you have an extra potato chip, too. Once you're in the facility, the teams of kitchen employees will make certain you understand that saying hello to them is unacceptable! They are GODS and you should bow to them while they sling watery hamburgers and dry meatloaf because it's better than anything you've ever eaten at the homeless shelter, because if you're not culinary, you're dirt! Just ask them, they'll tell you. I contacted HR to see if I could work multiple departments to get more hours, they're always on Indeed looking for help, and the apathy is mind-boggling. In short, Delaware North is the 2nd worst company I've ever worked for. The worst was Ripley's Believe it or not. They liked to steal wages and accuse employees of theft. You'd think employers would be getting the hint that American workers are tired of being taken advantage of and work well when treated well. Some of them just wanna make that buck and expect the employees to be grateful they have a job at all. I'm very happy to be quitting that job. I love what I do and will always be searching for an employer that recognizes quality and doesn't mind paying someone enough money to afford the food they're cooking or serving. Delaware North is NOT that employer.
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!!! I KNOW I DIDN'T SEE IT BY MISTAKE! I was considering working at TIAA Bank this upcoming season. I needed to see your comment.
Worst company ever
How so?@aaronthomas6926
Chef's around the world are assholes. Women have been cooking for thousands of years and get no kudos, a man has to go to school to cook, and they think they're GODS. The COOKS at Delaware North in Sportservice make hot dogs and treat coworkers like DIRT.

Guys, every time me and my coworkers in the Ft. Lauderdale airport, - we're talking brake in your Casavana Restaurant. Today I had a ridiculous experience. For the glass of wine I was charged more than $22. I asked for the menu, because it's nowhere I can see that price! It's no menu for the wine and any other alcohol. Nothing. Then I asked it on the bar. Nothing. So, how you can ask me for money if it's no fixed price. I said that I am not agree to pay this amount of money, cause it's not legal and I'll wait for your manager. Your manager was completely doesn't care and just call to security. I waited for security...and they just asked me to pay, because they don't know if it's legal or not. But they would have to arrest me If I wouldn't pay. They were even more talkative and friendly than your manager Auggie Augustin. Please return me my money or I will go to police, because honestly guys, it's not about $22, it's shitty game.

To whom is concerns, When Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto put’s his stamp of approval on one of the restaurants at LAX airport you would think that you are in good hands. After our breakfast experience there today; I’d say that we were more having an experience of ‘dirty hands’ and a gamble of food poisoning from eating low-grade produce. We were seated at a greasy table, which we had to try and clean ourselves with napkins. The ‘Lox and eggs’ was an outrageous experience of what looked like small pieces of an old sock with pink color. There wasn’t any chance in hell I was going to be able to get through one piece with the cheap plastic cutlery provided by the iron chef himself. My strong teeth couldn’t even separate this somewhat pink cluster into something smaller that could be swallowed. The toast which the salmon was placed on, was more like raw bread without any application of heat. Honestly, I’ve seen British people being tanned better on the beach than this toast. Is Masaharu in any way related to this restaurant? If so, I’d sincerely would like to get a refund and a compensation for being put through this misery of what should have been a decent dining experience honored by the iron man himself. $18 for something so disgusting should be highly illegal. Sincerely Peo Pictures of our breakfast: postimg.org/image/xua5z0vah/ postimg.org/image/f388ov0q1/ postimg.org/image/44wz6oc4p/

My mom is on there the one that say I been here for 24 season
Your mom seems so cool!
24 seasons is an excellent track record given how many people change jobs.
She seems real nice. I'd enjoy that kind of service at a baseball game, waiting for food.
