  I find the very high prices and poor quality of property very odd, with the very low wages and cost of living in Portugal. Must be very difficult for the indigenous people and why they are crammed into high rise rentals.

  Lovely and informative video ! Thanks. Wondering how the stop with licenses for short term rentals will affect the market though. I’ve bought 4 small flats in Porto but now I’m not too sure if it’s really interesting to pursue as an investor or maybe tapping into the local market versus the tourists.. which possibly is interesting and also helps Portuguese people. Would love to know more about what’s ur views on property investments in the big cities but away from the historical centers rented to locals given the rise of interest rates and inflation now running in Europe. Thanks !

  Hi. I've been looking at property but portugal now looks massively over priced ? You can buy a stunning elevation 5 bed villa in the denia - Javea area of Spain for under £1m !! No chance in portugal.

  SAo Miguel IS NOT the capital of anything. It´s the largest Island on the Azores and Ponta Delgada is the largest city, but IS NOT the "capital" of anything.

So, the leaders of Lithuania and Latvia and Estonia of north Europe., and Poland control NATO and control the President of the US. These four anti-Russian nations control NATO groups and are the sworn enemies of the post communist elected governments of the Russian Federation after the fall of communism. These four nations manipulate the Deep State group of Washington DC and the President of the US and the NATO group of nations. Few average members of the Deep State whether civilians or soldiers or retirees have travelled to north Europe and East Europe. The retirees say, "I love it here. Our forefathers had unnecessarily conquered the western hemisphere from native Americans for no reason. The US is now full of criminals. We Americans can conquer north Europe and East Europe. These four countries are welcoming us with open arms. I like the pretty landscapes and the scenery here."

  Hello. I have just bought a house with land near pedrogao grande for very little money. There's agricultural land in the area. You should call an estate agent in the area. their name is estrela real. A lady called Gloria speaks good English she will advise you on what you need.

  Not very encouraging to see how quickly prices have increased. Home prices were part of the attraction for migrating to Portugal but it’s gotten crazy, even absurd when you consider the impact on locals. It’s not a good time for buying.
