Hi bro I don't have recovery gmail or phone number nor do i remember the password and neither do i remember the username.. I just remember the account gmail ..let me know how can i recover this ..I know its a challenging but let me know the process have seen lot of videos but they are giving username in recovery gmail page ..but in my case I don't remember the username so will be possible to get the account back?

Hi Benard, I get the option for selfie video or friend verification but when I click these options the next screen is always looking to send a 6 digit code to email that is not mine. I have followed your video specifically but this always happens after I select selfie verification. Any more advice?

I think it's just an error, you can try clearing cache & storage on both your IG app and browser or you can try using a different phone.. let me know if that works please!
Thank you so much. I managed to get it to work on another phone but after I select selfie photo it asked for a password I have used in the last year. I have had the same password for over a year and when I put it in it says this password is either incorrect or compromised please try another but I don’t have another one. It appears another road block 😢

No never. It makes me think that this is how the hackers took over my account in the first place. I just keep reporting my account in the hope they delete it completely, I don’t care if I lose it I just don’t want someone else having access to it. Thanks for trying to help tho

have tried everything but still it takes me back to the 2 factor authentication. Submitted the id and Facebook wrote back to me and sent me a link to login but still it still wants the 2 factor authentication. I need your help!!!!

@@benardchoice Thanks for your quick response but I am now could not log in my account so how could I add a new mobile phone number to the account!!! I tried a similar way by changing my password and come to similar screen and I chose ""This was not me" but then it still took me back to the 2 factor authentication... I think Facebook has done a lot of changes since the last week for security!!!
@@benardchoice I think you understand wrongly my situation.... I could not log in my account!!! But I tried to do a password change (sending code to my email) then I still could go to "this is not me" announcement. But when I click on the button it took me back to the 2 factor authentication and I stuck here again. I guess FB changes their security methods last week :D
