Wish we had more over here on the big island. People have brought them over but there’s no real numbers yet. Our Mouflon sheep are plentiful up saddle road but they’re on land you’re not allowed to hunt.
A lot of the "mouflon" on saddle road are hybrids/crossed with feral sheep. I love the axis meat and mouflon meat. Deer jerky and even the mouflon jerky is ono. Always remember e mālama I ka 'āina a mālama ka 'āina iā 'oe. Hunt safe, Aloha a hui hou.

I was in camp when Terry harvested his bull. I never met Terry but saw him from a distance. He didn't stay in camp, rather a hotel given his situation. Owen, his videographer, did stay in camp and would keep us updated as to how the hunt was going. You could see the excitement in his eyes and hear it in his voice as Owen told the story of Terry's success. Awesome job Terry, and kudos to Tim and Owen for helping him make memories he will never forget.
