Im genuinely surprised people take their time to analyse others who are struggling. Keep up the good work. Getting from Plat 1 to Plat3 alone took me 8 months. It's always discouraging seeing those content creators speedrunning to master

Tbh what he should do here is practice punish combos di wallsplat etc and familiarise himself with the oki answee so he can sequence pressure better that would automatically take him diamond when he learns proper meaties which u covered :) building strategies vs characters through matchup exp is important for example throwing raw level 2 or charged fireballs vs aki is a no go learning fireball traps to encourage jumping or even just agitating them making them fluster in neutral is really important to build pressure i advice u watching a few rashid guides so u can study his strengths and weaknesses just so u can play to ur strengths he is a mixup character like kim and yes in certain knockdowns or punish counters he has high dmg but thats situational and u hv to learn how to build them gl wren
Yup, hes already diamond without actually pressuring people so skies the limit. He’s gonna be fine 😎 imo its not even so much rashid stuff but more the idea of drive rushing when you have the advantage and putting people into a real strike throw situation. This is my first day ever playing street fighter, I played Tekken my whole life this game feels so different I'm kinda overwhelmed but I can't lie I'm having a lot of fun I love the feeling of being a new bie I'm popping off everytime I hit a simple combo lol This guide was very helpful thank you

My personal top 10 favorite characters based of story and style would Chun Li, Fei Long, Gen, A.K.I. (easily the most creative and innovative new character by far) Vega, Ibuki, M.Bison, Dhalsim, Manon (I like the unique approach to a ballet fighting style, very interesting to watch) and Ken/Ryu/Akuma (they pretty much play the same) I would LOVE to see Fei Long, Gen and Gouken make a return to Street Fighter 6. It is a work of art and these characters would be PERFECT for it's return.
Fei Long Gouken and Gen (especially Gen) would be very cool!!

Nice guide but dude please stop calling DPs "uppercuts". Down + heavy punch is actual uppercut on most characters, DP is DP
You’re talking to some one who started SF with Sagat, I’m gonna hear “tiger uppercut” in my head every time the opponent leaves his feet 😅

You can if you have champion edition. If you only have the base game (16 characters) you’re gonna have to chose which characters you get with the in game currency

Great commentary! Very helpful. One side-note: Chun is -40 and Ed are -28 on their OD reversals, so you can punish with H adamant flame (which is frame 23), you just need to do it a bit sooner.
Thx man!! Yea i guess its possible but i rather go for the quick hk, chp against these specific characters and use the heavy adamant flame for the od dp’s that fly all the way up, rather safe than sorry, lesson learned hehe

Haha much appreciated!! Well you can jump or super after the drive rush cancel, assuming a strike or throw is coming, just like you would against a grappler that does stuff like this but good luck its kinda cheap and happens fast 😈

Yes, but at the same time, it ain't easy to pull off consistently in every match. There are conditions. The design of bison in this game seems to revolve around getting damage when the mine is active, with the absence of the mine there is no consistent way to dish out damage.
Ou Man.... When Capcom keeps the line of topping every new DLC-Char with another one, then the first character of Year/Season 3 will have the Genkidama, a Rinnegan and awakened Devil-Fruit abilities with Conqueror's Haki in his tools set.

Whilst Jinrai in pressure is scrubby, I have found that target combo to Medium jinrai with LK jinrai, then followed up with TC again does frame trap, so it's actually pretty good😅

After seeing your Ryu guides I decided to try out this character. I want to do that crazy denjin combos, they seem like they will put my fingers to play sf6 like a Mozart partiture 😅. Thanks for this examples, it's realty useful to see this straight to the point without video fillers.
Haha you can do it! Start simple by getting the charge and then doing mp, cmp qcb p+p. That will crumple them (charged od hashogeki). After that you can do hp, hk, charge to get the charge back again orrr hp into light tatsu if you wanna keep attacking 🙌

Hahaha yea takes some time for me too each time i do this for a new character.
This is not even a ranking, its a mess of a list based on whether you like the way the character looks. You talk about their personality more than moveset & story
Its all just my personal taste, its gonna always be inconsistent and hard to agree on thats ok. If i made one that has Ryu, Ken, ChunLi and Cammy on top, some will call it boring, its hard to please every one, hope you still enjoyed it a little bit :)
Some odd pronunciations (i.e., Sodom) and calling Chun Li the "first lady of fighting games" then ranking Rose ahead of her both small issues but otherwise, good video. 👍 Edit: Ryu should be #1. He's the flagship character.

Ken and Chun are def higher when it comes to popularity. Sakura as well. I made the list based on my opinion on their design and gameplay, its very subjective ✌️

Thx for watching! I didnt include them because they have never been playable so its hard to judge them on what they can do. I got this comment more often though, so I did do a followup video with the top 10 non playable characters. Some of the sf1 chars did make it in there
