  I have this same van my ac works great in the back but the front vents blow out hot hot air and the temp switch for the front does nothing .what would it be .cause I am gonna attempt to fix it myself

  Any advice if the sensor broke off in the housing? My sensor was frozen in the housing and while I tried twisting and pulling this sensor out, the whole top portion of the sensor broke off flush with the housing. As you know, there is hardly any room to work, top or bottom. The initial idea was to somehow work a wood or lag screw down into the sensor, but that is dang near impossible in such a tight space.'

  Should I disconnect my battery if I am using the external power source (Stanley Jumper) on the power seat switch?

  The jumper box is a convenient source for 12v power you can use a long wire from battery to use for applying power for testing.

  Isnt this the crankshaft sensor not the cam shaft sensor. The crank shaft is ine piece and the cam shaft might have a wire sticking out of it. If the crankshaft on a 08 3.8l pacifica a 10mm is needed and you can do it with a small extension and swivel stubby ratchet without removing anything its really simple.

  Thanks for the video. I need to remove the round knob for the manual back adjuster but it's very hard. Do you have to remove any clip before removing that Round Knob? Thanks!

  I don't remember how I removed it. It's been over a year now, but I think I had to pull hard using a tool for leverage. But I don't remember 100%

  Pull it off with a flat head screw driver,, try not to crack the trim around it

  You can try put a 12volt power source to one of those control switch wires,,, the power wire to seat motor goes out sometimes.. you can try that after you check if the power seat fuse is good
