  Whatever. My choice for a fuel efficient yet safe small pickup vehicle that can travel at 75mpg, would be a smyth ute pickup conversion on a subaru impreza, or vw jetta bettle, or dodge charger. Or get an old toyota, nissan, mazda 4 cyl pickup. My own is a 2006 jetta tdi diesel with a smyth ute conversion. It gets 48 mpg empty, loaded around 42mpg. Bed Payload is 1000lbs, tows 2000lbs. The cost of car and coversion was less than importing these kei pickups. And i guarantee it is safer , better mpg, and guarantee will get more looks. Especially if you do a ute pickup conversion on an subaru impreza.

  I worked on and off on the truck for close to 6 months. Longest part was body work and paint. I kept finding dents and trying to fix as many as I could.

  It was installed poorly. Had creases and a ton of trash in it. I just had new 15% put on all the windows. It looks mint!

  I'm also building a cafe of my gs 850 at moment. I wonder where the front fender and back fender is from? Or how did you build it?

  The front fender is the original gs fender that I trimmed down to make it shorter. The rear fender came with the bike but it is not original to a Suzuki GS. I’m not sure which bike it would have came from.

  Hey, once strapped in, you might want to put the kickstand up to prevent it poking a hole in your bed should you hit a bump just right (wrong). I've actually wondered if the little Kei trucks would work for transporting my bikes as well. Thanks for the video showing what they are capable of hauling.

  I appreciate it! Was fun to work on something with 4 wheels again but I’ll be back on another motorcycle build shortly.
