  I was 14 when this song came out and I still love it. This was my favorite group of all time and I have multiple copies of the lp's and cd's.

  Cant find the comments, but i saw two previews of people bringing up how these girls dont have tattoos as if thats some kinda virtue... old people, ignorant, judgmental, stubborn and superficial as ever. Maybe some blue haired tattood girls should do a version called petty world.

  Hey what happened to Jack "Pringle Shaker".... He was in the Sergio Mendes song "Mas que nada". Perhaps after that camera stealing performance shaking out all the broken pringle dust all over the lady with the gigantic ear balls, one of the girls probably told Serge, "It's either him or me"... Then he could be "Bob the Bongo Bopper" in this film. I mean, who really knows...

  I remember my dad surprised my mom with a brand new '68 T-Bird coupe (white...no vinyl top thank God)...loaded at the time with all the options, including the 8-track stereo tape player. My parents loved Sergio Mendes and Brasil '66...this song was on an album that was released in '69...of all the tapes they had, that album was played to death in that beloved car. Happy times.
