I think most builders want to just go with the least expensive item that looks good. Unless you're in an area like Spring Lake Marlboro Rumson Holmdel etc you might get a builder that's willing to spend the extra money or think outside the box. Most would rather spend less money, give them basic colors etc then have the homeowner make the change and let them spend the extra money.

So many things you need to know from building codes to architecture the colors to tile and where to get it etc. You have to be able to read your clients and present them with something extraordinary for their space that they're going to fall in love with. Every client is different.

Yes, yes yes yes I love this one is perfect not this home in New Jersey. If I had an opportunity to purchase a home in New Jersey this would be the one is Brenda construction it’s got the perfect acreage beautiful the location in the home runs perfectly. It’s not too much home and it’s not. It’s just beautiful. It’s got a right amount of bathrooms it runs it flows very well And aesthetics are something that I really like. Look forward for something like this one day and a home in this type in this state or in this city very well done💯👑

That is a really ugly house, inside and out. There isnt anything that special of the features. The terrance has nothing up there to do, not even a fire place. why would I care about viewing new York city. New york city crap anyway. The modern black charcoal kitchen design only brings out how ugly the place looks. Who ever decorated the place did a terrible job, And no parent or person that would want children would ever see the glass panel by the stairs as a good thing. Theres too many large windows in the front that would show everything at night if I dont put on thick curtains. Nothing of this place is cozy and definitely not worth the price tag. Im better off buying the duplexes next to it cause at least they look cozy,have more privacy as they have smaller windows and likely cheaper too. Also do you think rich people would buy duplexes to live. Duplexes have to be shared, thats how duplexes work. If someone had to rent a duplex its because single family homes are more expensive. Why would any rich person buy a duplex outside of renting it out or using it to cheat on their spouses in peace. Its so ugly no man wouldn't even bring their mistresses here. Your better off building your own home in the countryside near actual good views like in the mountains,meadows, beautiful forest,and stunning lakesides and likely cheaper too with that kinda money. If they want convenience, there better off buying a pent house or getting a really nice four bedroom apartment near all the things they could want in new jersey for a better price. No one with a right mind would buy this duplex unironically.
