@@StrivingMen gracias por preguntar, la delincuencia está en control de la policia, no he visto casos de delincuencia en mis 2 años de vida en Paraguay. Sobre la atencion medica puedo hablar de mi propia experiencia que estoy contento con la atencion recibida en un caso propio.

Asi prefieres porque no piensas en las consequencias futuras, yo no como carne incluso si me la ofrecen gratis, he ganado un lechon en una tombola y se ha quedado con vida porque yo lo he ganado. Aunque como muchos carbohidrados, me va mucho mejor con la salud que si comiera carne. Cada uno decide que come y mas tarde recibe la factura por las consequencias. En casa como mucha ensalada, pero en el restaurante menos.

Dicho eso, como te aprecio, simplemente me atrevo a sugerirte que investigues los riesgos de los carbohifratos e incluso de algunas frutas azucaradas. Por otro lado, y siempre respetando las elecciones de alimentacion de cada persona, solo decirte que las carnes aportan nutrientes q no se obtienen de alimentos vegetales. Solo investigalo. @@javiernelson8809 yo he estudiado las consequencias de comer carne y he decidido no comer carne y me va muy bien con la salud. Mi prostata ha tenido problemas por haber hecho excepciones que no los hago mas, fue una leccion de Dios para mi y 2 meses mas tarde la tengo normal sin problemas. Ya vivimos 2 años en Paraguay comiendo muchas frutas y muchos años antes comiamos muchas frutas que no era propia como ahora, no tenemos NINGUN PROBLEMA por comer muchas frutas. Asi que por no necesitar medicos y no tener dolores de estomago, no vamos a cambiar nada en nuestra dieta. Comemos muchas frutas y verduras y nada de carne, muy raras veces pescados de nuestro vecino y nos va muy bien con la salud.

Sorry ich will dir ja nicht den Traum kaputt machen aber so großartig günstig ist dein Pürree mit einer halben Aubergine in Eihülle nun auch wieder nicht. Es gibt Betriebskantinen da kann man Mittags auch als normal Bürger hingehen und da bekommst du für 6 Euro auch ein richtiges Mittagessen mit Gemüse oder Salat... Trotzdem alles gute euch :)
Ich kenne mich mit Betriebskantinen nicht aus (ich war in meinem ganzen Leben selbständig, im Betrieb sollte man gratis essen), ich sprach im Video von Restaurantenpreisen.

Das sind ja Preise wie in Deutschland Wenn das Gemüse Fleisch gewesen wäre dann wäre es günstig gewesen.
War das ein Scherz? In DE ist das Essen teurer als in Paraguay. Das Fleisch ist noch guenstiger aber ich esse kein Fleisch, deshalb wird man in meinem Teller niemals Fleisch sehen.

Yo tengo un vecino que ha trabajado en mi propiedad que vive en Argentina ahora, solo porque en esta zona hay muy poco trabajo y en Buenos Aires hay trabajo. Gana a lo mejor 50 dolares al mes mas que en Paraguay trabajando mas horas tambien. Si el trabajaria en la capital de Paraguay, creo que le vendrá mejor, pero cada uno elige su destino. Me ha contado un cliente de Argentina que cobra por los mismos alquileres 3 veces menos que 1 año antes por la "bendita" inflacion que teneis en Argentina. Por este motivo ha comprado un departamento en Asuncion donde NO TENEMOS LA INFLACION DE ARGENTINA. Yo no viviria en Argentina si me pagarian 2-3 sueldos sin trabajar y por muchos mas motivos. Cada uno está todavia libre a elegir donde vive. Para mi esposa y yo no cambiamos Paraguay con ningun otro pais del mundo.
Cuantos Paraguayos puede haber en Argentina para que esté lleno de ellos cuando el pueblo Paraguayo entero no cuenta mucho mas de 7 millones? Argentina tiene 46 millones de habitantes, si el pueblo entero de Paraguay vendria a vivir en Argentina a penas seria una septima parte alli.
@@RaduProksch si éste gobierno sigue, Argentina vuelve al siglo 19. Trabajo esclavo, sin ningún tipo de avances sociales, jubilaciones, sin salud, educación y obras de infraestructuras, trabajo en negro. Argentina se va a convertir como el resto de los países de América, excepto Usa, Canadá. Voy a un pueblo del centro de l PBA, hay una colonia de paraguayos desde hace Mucho años, todos trabajan. Pero en negro.
Los Paraguayos que están en Argentina we fueron en la época de los 90 cuando era bueno vivir en Argentina, y ya tienen arraigo, ya nadie va para vivir ahí más bien para turismo

Only in special cases, they cannot skip this one if you do not bring another certificate instead that not every person has.

You want to buy a property for the same price after the prices went higher and with a nicer house than they bought 1 year ago. It is not easy to find those properties and this price was after the seller reduced the price 2 times. I do not believe that I can find it for the same price and with a nicer house. But if you add something to this very good price, there are still enough properties for sale and it is possible.

Si no se construye en ciudades donde hace falta permiso para construir, puedes construir un solo nivel sin pedir permiso fuera de las ciudades en Paraguay. Las propiedades mas baratas en medio rural empiezan en alrededor de 10 mil dolares y no se encuentran facil en este precio.
Pequeño huerto? Aqui puede tener una plantacion entera si quiere y si es trabajador 😂 saludos

@@elisabethbeyerlein9534 Ich habe den Besitzern eingeredet, den Preis zu reduzieren (sie wollten anfangs viel mehr als das), aber schliesslich muss der Besitzer sehen, ob es fuer diesen Preis verkaufbar ist oder nicht. Wir haben schon einen Interessenten, der nur Spanish redet und von Paraguay ist. Wem der Preis nicht passt, soll es einfach sein lassen.
Im Handbuch steht`s auch............................
Heutzutage ist es schneller in youtube als im Handbuch danach zu suchen. Ausserdem das Handbuch zeigt es nicht so wie im Video. Wer im Handbuch nachschaut, wird hier nicht mehr suchen, das Video hat aber genügend Besuche.

Nein, ich war niemals dort und werde auch nie hinfahren. Es steht in der Stadt Ypane, ungefähr 25 Km vom Zentrum in Asuncion.

Ile zapłaciłeś za ten sad? Ile kosztuje taka posiadłość?
The price we paid is too old (3 years ago) to write it in public and if we can find a similar property it will be for sure very different from what we paid 3 years ago. We invested in the property to make it better and to have an idea, I believe that the price could start at around 50 thousand Euro or more, I do not believe that I can find a similar property for less than what I wrote.

@@antoniacardozo2395 esto es individual, si no eres emprendedor, tendrias un salario como lo hay en todo este continente pero si emprendes un negocio, deberias tener mas recursos. Yo trabajo con los extranjeros que no hablan español, para esto se necesita hablar idiomas. Pero puedes emprender un negocio sin hablar otros idiomas.
