Bonjour ! Désolé effectivement la vidéo est en anglais car nos clients sont anglophones à 85%, le défi consiste à jouer le son tenu le plus long possible. Et pas de respiration circulaire bien sur !

Its funny how you say Grossman is in the style of Brecker then acknowledge that Grossman came before Brecker. Which REALLY means Brecker was in the style of Grossman. Brecker is living rent-free in too many peoples minds. I think Brecker took a lot from Grossman and in a straight shoot-out, Grossman would best Brecker. Kinda like what he did to Dave Liebman on stage. Look for videos of him and dave liebman on stage together trading solos. I think Grossman was soo good ( And often smoked other sax players on stage ) that the entire landscape went full-on against him. Which is why people dont know much about him today.

Прекрасное чтение, но Стругацкие явно не мое. Произведение ну очень слабенькое, что-то на уровне Гарри Гаррисона.

Been a huge Patrick Bartley fan for years now and like Pat, I am a long time professional player who was kind of set on my gear. Been playing a Vandoren V16 A6S for years and then went to an A6S+ when that model came out. Just got a 6* in of this piece and after just over an hour, this might finally replace my Vandoren. The tip is barely more open than the V16 but the SYOS is bit more free and tons more projection. Sounds more full with more character as well. And I could go easily from a quiet and lush Desmond’ish “Take Five” into a sultry modern Dave Koz’ish tune with ease. Massively versatile. My Rigotti Gold 3S reeds actually feel a tad soft so I might have to step up to 3M or 3H. Love Pat and so far loving the piece! Will be spending a lot of time with it in the coming weeks to get my chops attuned to it and get my reed strength dialed in. Great job SYOS!👍

Hi! Lorenzo uses a Syos ligature on all the mouthpieces. He uses Boston Sax Shop reeds 2.5 on both alto and tenor.

Facing is 24mm on alto and 26mm on tenor. And this video has been uploaded on Syos KZread page, so Lorenzo doesn't see your comments, that's why I'm the one answering all the questions.
