Happy to see you around! Yes Merch Dominator is great for overall Print on Demand research because it focuses a lot on platforms like Amazon and Redbubble where the trends are found. So essentially you can get trends from Amazon and transfer them to other platforms like Shopify. As for Trump shirts, you can do them with no issues because he's a public political figure and he's fair game. Celebrities are not allowed because they're private individuals. I would suggest you watch a video I did on copyright and trademarks, you'll find it useful.

How far in advance do you typically design for a holiday? With Juneteenth being only 6 days away as of this video release, would you say that it's too late to really be focusing on a niche like this given that most people published their designs months ago? I'm new to doing Merch and I'm trying to figure out a workflow for doing holiday designs and haven't really found a good answer to this. What has been your experience publishing a week before a holiday vs 1 or 2 mths out in terms of sales?
Hey, this is just an example of the workflow. Typically, you need to design for an event at least a month to 3 months out.

to be honest, creating a unique design is not difficult but the is difficult to get sales. especially when you try to get sales for free & you don't have any social media followers. please make a video about how can we marketing our design and get sale for free.
I've made various videos about marketing designs on social media and you can watch them on the channel. But if you find the right niches early you can just leverage Amazon's organic reach which is huge.
