Beautiful job📸
Ceramic coating sucks over time. Wax will always be superior if it is applied regularly. I'll take any challenge you have. Stop lying to people.
Any idea on the longevity of the Adams Graphene Ceramic coating? I did the entire process including fallout remover, clay bar, orbital polish, wash with strip wash, rinse and wipe down with isopropyl alcohol and again with their pre-treatment. Coating lasted maybe 6 months - 9 months on the majority of the vehicle. Box sides and tail gate of F-450 maintained hydrophobic properties longer than doors, front, etc. Prep on the truck took my about 20 hours in total. Ceramic took about an hour. I did my wife's car in the same manner and it last about the same. This is supposedly a 7+ year 10H coating - what could I have done wrong? Strip wash and alcohol should have been a perfect base for coating?
Bla,bla,bla….
super awesome 👌🏾
beautiful ...thank you
It takes me about five minutes to apply a pace wax and I’ve been detailing for 15 years
Can't see Jack S on White paint!
What if your windows are ceramic coated....don't clean the windows either?
Great video and very helpful, what about the ceramic Gwash W3 compare to Gwash w1 in general wash on the ceramic coated car?, thanks
awesome.👍
what type of polish used.👍👍👍👍👍

awesome job.👍👍👍👍👍
good stuff.👍👍👍👍👍
awesome job.👍👍👍👍👍
The Toyota dealer applied a ceramic coating to our 2022 Camry before we purchased it. I have noticed the windshield has a slight orange peel distortion right there in my line of sight. Is there a way to remove the coating from the windshield...I'm assuming it is the ceramic coating causing the problem?
Is this product safe for painted wheels as well? Thank you
What does the ceramic coating actually do? Is a layer or protection like screen protector on a phone screen or it's just a permanent kind of wax. Is it really a protection or cosmetic?
Think of it like putting a really thin layer of liquid glass over the paint that hardens and then wears away over 3 ish years depending on how carful your washing techique is. It will help with very light scratches. It’s certainly harder than the clear coat on your paint.
I’ve been coating cars for about 5 years and after a while , especially now, after I apply a coating I suffer the next day. Shortness of breath etc. I just thought it smelled really bad.
Not only does it look better, but like you said, it STICKS to the paint and dirt on the paint, so when you wash it off, it pulls it off with it. They both work but I do like the thick foam 😅
Scratch resistant i didn't even know that. the stuff is awesome though!
Absolutely. So many people ask me well I heard it most of the time does not last longer than a year. It all depends on prep. It takes me sometimes 3 hours to 7 hours just on prep. Depends on how bad and if they have lots of scratches. So far I get good results with most but I would like to try ROAR as other retailers told me they have good success with that.
Hey mark I have ioniq 6 matte and my wife drove thru paint, it sprayed the car .. do you have or know something I can use to remove the paint drops form it?!!thxzz
I did foam wash, hand wash, clay bar, wash again, iron x, rinse, blow dry, then surface prep spray, and even alcohol spray for prep...took a week to do. Then used Nanobond coating and it failed in one month with car sitting outside Houston, Texas weather - hot days, cold days, rainy days with dirty, dust, pollen and one or two bird droppings which i wiped off when I saw any. Nanobond was purchased based on amazon and YT reviews and it failed after less than two months. Close inspection showed spotting and eating through of the micron thick coating. Now the car must be polished to remove the eaten away coating and another brand coating will be applied.
How to get the answer ..12"×12" glass wear gloves wash & prep ..coatings will vary in cure time & some will never cure & some will cure with dust since dust in 24 to 48hr period is noticeable removing some spots on first wash..you wouldn't want to spray 2k clearcoat with a tach time of 24hrs..now just using plain paste wax dust does not stick..light duster or air blows dust off ..ceramic products will get dry & gritty after 30 days needing a wax or topper ..if your going to wax anyway why mess with ceramic
Very helpful video mate ! Thank you 🙏🏼
Firm believer in F-11. Really don't understand the water beading test. Drive truck in rain then wash truck and apply a quick coat of F-11. I can apply F-11 so quickly and the shine is awesome.
the shop told me to blast the heat, is that a good idea?
Will try this have a stubborn coating that won’t stop beading and come off after numerous scrubbing
hey u were in limp bizkit. break stuff!!
i wish to eat the clay bar.
i wish to eat the clay bar.
What bmw is this?

Any recommended cleaners for coated wheels?
Any PH neutral car wash soap should work well. If they have a lot of brake dust buildup pre-rinsing them with a low PSI pressure washer then using an ferrous iron removing wheel cleaner should get them back in great shape, I use 3D BDX wheel cleaner in my shop as it works just as well if not better as the expensive ones at a fraction of the price.
Oh my god! That is a BEAUTIFUL tortoiseshell!
"Sir this is the best car In the Store It cost $500,000 Would that be cash or card? 😼"
Plumber's putty is NOT a clay bar!
First and foremost dealerships do not professionally ceramic coat cars, they wash the car and then dry the car and then spray an instant ceramic detailer on the vehicle and they call that the ceramic coating. Only a fool will pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for this process from the dealership. There are a handful of high-end dealerships that bring people in like myself to do a professional ceramic coating.
i just picked up a LHR75 for blackfriday and they now come standard now with the new trigger stop on new LHR75 shipment, but if you bough one before the new revision, they do sell lhr75 trigger stop separately to fix this issue.
I have a dozen of these; going to try them for a waterless wash procedure. Just a dusty car, no heavy dirt. Thanks!!
Right on!
Thx!
Is this better than duraflex?
I think duraflex was better, this is easier to apply since it is a single coat.
Can you still clean the windows mine has been a little over a week and I see bubbles that was not there before
I would ask the people who installed your tint.
3:51 I didn't know you were supposed to make so many passes in one section applying ceramic coatings.
You don't "have" to, a standard cross hatch is usually sufficient. My customers are paying good money so I tend to go overkill.
I see, thanks for the reply.
This video is so true. A proper Ceramic coating takes time. Time is money. Which is why I did mine myself.
Good Stuff! Thanks!
What do you about stripes?
Some of them you can gently clay. Do a small test spot in an inconspicuous area.
