I recommend eating healthy, taking care of your hormones, getting sleep and 15 minutes a day sitting in silence and looking at your thoughts

20:02 I love that you emphasised the importance and value of learning about yourself. It makes me feel like I have not, in fact, wasted the last 20 years of my life, despite not being successful materially. Thank you 💜

Please please please consider that the Clinical Depression may possibly stem from vitamin deficiencies. I was on antidepressants for decades until I stumbled across the fact that it just might be caused by vitamin deficiencies. What I did was to continue my antidepressants WHILE starting the specific vitamins needed. I did this for two months, allowing the vitamins to take hold. Then, one day I stopped the antidepressants cold turkey. It had WORKED. No depression ! I felt fine. This was over two years ago and I am still thrilled to this day to have given up those prescriptions in order for me to live a healthier lifestyle. Antidepressants are a bandaid. Get to the root. By the way, my own Clinical Depression started and continued from so many personal close deaths I had gone thru. I even feel that during my childhood I borderlined on depression, but didn’t understand it. No more, though. No more.❤️ 6-2-2024

It is never easy when the correspondence from your Parents …your Family is hidden from you…and you finally find all the letters much too late, when the ones that matter are no longer alive. 😢 Loneliness is …my best friend. I take no Meds…or need to seek help.

Great lecture. Incredibly insightful! I would like to add for anyone who might read this: MUSIC. A huge positive or negative depending on its usage. If you feel depressed listen to “happy”, “calm” or “positive” music. You will notice a difference. Don’t listen to what you “want” to listen to, but what you NEED to listen to. Lyrics or no, energy is real. Hope this helps someone🤙

Ive had crippling depression all my life. This last year has been the worst of my 48 yrs. I never thought panic attacks were real. Had my first last night and am currently in the middle of my second. It feels like a heat attack, I imagine. Im hyperventilating, can't catch my breath...it feels like you are dying and the only way to stop it IS to die, which just compounds it...because the lifelong desire to die is what ultimately brought it on. Get help if you think you need it, before you get this far.

Problem is...depressed people are too depressed to care enough to seek out this information in the first place, let alone be willing to take it all in and follow through.

Everything was perfect except for that political comment you made about Melania Trump. You broke one of you points by making the decision to mention something you don’t like and you spoke with your hatred emotions.

36:03 As someone who’s literally isolated from the world by force, this point of the video is where I want to leave off and possibly return to. I’m currently tackling depression by myself, so I couldn’t find as much help as I’ve been looking for besides do’s and don’ts, along with causing factors which feel obvious to me already. But outside of that, this video hasn’t helped.

Mental illnesses are the worst thing that can happen to humans. Forget about physical factors like poverty or disease. These are temporary and can be solved. But if the problem reaches the brain, the real, never ending suffering begins and nothing in the world makes you the same anymore. Unfortunately, not everyone understands.

I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
