  Hello, sorry i haven't experience that with mine, so i can't really tell you for sure what works. May be the seat sensor is not perfectly lined up with the base sensor, try taking it apart and mounting again if you can, making sure there is proper alignment. You can also try using another charger head to see if it help.

  You can just sew it onto your clothes. I have a video on how i sewed the label on a wig cap check it out, it should be a s similar process depending on your preference.
