I am 60. Every breakfast was cereal, milk, juice and maybe toast. Even today, a bowl of fiber cereal with skim milk is a decent way to get something in your tummy on a busy day.

All she keeps doing is setting them up for humiliation, first in the GAP store then that ridiculous catwalk thing. Where is the coaching, the positive reinforcement and the TRAINING. You can't just tell someone "everything you are doing is wrong. Now, go into this shop and do it right." It's all just a farce for the cameras to make a TV show and humiliate people. If she really wanted this shop to succeed, she wouldn't do these stupid gimmicks she'd train them properly on how to do their jobs. For example, the part where the manager was in the GAP store and didn't know how to be a floor manager and how to motivate the staff. Fair enough, she made her point. But then where was the part where he was trained how to do it? It's not enough to say "You're doing it all wrong. Next issue - you're doing that all wrong too. Next issue - you're doing that all wrong too. Ok now you're ready to relaunch your shop". WHAT?!?!?

Even if they were the greatest retailers in the world they have picked an awful segment of the market to target. Middle aged British men mostly hate shopping, don't care about or want to follow fashion trends and rarely buy new clothes. How often does a 50 year old man in Manchester buy a new overcoat? Every 20 years?
