Hey, welcome to the channel. My name is Ashton Good I live in a charter bus that we converted into a RV. My goal is be able to play disc golf professionally and take you guys along as I learn and get better
That’s the problem with this form you make it hard to thrown angle sensitive shots. None of your anni shots were anni. Your trying to pull through to fast and muscle memory takes over. Slow is smooth and far. You have good power and timing just slow down and watch the magic!

yes you are right when you coil its at the hips and when you extend the arm its out not behind HOWEVER what i realized is if your run up is completely sideways then your pull through line will be a V shape out in and out again and we want a straight pull through line not V shaped.. the fix is to lead your run up with your scapula and as you coil youll notice a straight pull through and also helps the brace leg too.. it will change your aim from 12o clock to 10o clock basically meaning youll aim more left now.. this helped me get from 500ft to 600ft on flat ground just a xstep no run up!

I've heard that altitude (6300 ft) makes the discs fly differently--thinner air means different flight. Shout out to my buddy Julian who was with you in this video. He has really encouraged me in my 1 1/2 years of playing and I appreciate it. Rampart DGC is absolutely fantastic, and I am glad to call it my home course.
