  You should have selected Marquee area on print area not the entire drawing, in that way it was gonna fit to an A4

  You can arrange all your drawings together in the workspace, use the marquee tool to select everything and save the selection as a PDF file. That would result to all your working appearing in just one page file, with a distorted scale, of course.
