EcoGlide to me is a fantastic experience going from treetop to treetop.. the Tarzan swing is also amazing… locations like Sky Arenal and Diamante for example have longer and more view driven locations which are great for different reasons… it really depends on your thrill level and maybe where you can visit!
Well.. at Disneyland Paris we did better since Magic Over Disney, a short version of Mickey’s Mix Magic, is an acclaimed exclusive nighttime spectacular for the Disney Bonfire nights in November and January 😂😂

Hi guys, my husband and I just had a baby here in CR and it has taken a lot more time than we thought getting the birth cert/appts. Do you know if we have to get a US passport here for him to be able to leave the country? Or would a CR passport suffice? Like could we just do the CR one and then get a US one when we get back to the states and report the birth abroad there? We have some things we need to make it back for in the states next month and the wait list for the US embassy is longer than we thought
Hey Emily 🤘🏽 the US Embassy services here are very helpful in expediting an exit passport for new babies… we had ours in about 2 weeks

I use to work out there at the VA. We use to go out to Ye Old Kings british pub bar, theres a restaurant bar called Makais by ocean blvd, and a really good pizza place thats hidden off Broadway called Dagwoods. The Bungalow is a hidden gem too! Theres plenty more, but those were a few of my favorites. 👍🏽

Thanks for watching. I prefer flying into Liberia airport. It’s easier and almost no traffic compared to the congested San Jose capital. Renting a car is pricey but so is long distance car service but that’s what it is. Helicopter costs are insane and technically there’s an air strip in La Fortuna but you would need to arrange another flight… the easiest bet is to rent a car and enjoy the gorgeous drive

You mention that you would stay in other Santa Monica hotels that are better. Could you share what those are? Around the same price point please. Compared to European hotels, this looks extremely nice and very close to the beach. But I would love your thoughts on other places to look at. The Huntley seems to have a great balance of location, luxury and cost for Santa Monica.
Hello there! The Huntley is nice but you won't "feel" the water there. its a ways away from the water which I talked about in the video with some of their photos online altered. I prefer the Casa Del Mar Hotel which is my #1 for the Santa Monica area. Its right at the beach. Shutters and Loews are also closer to the beach than Huntley. See if any of those work for you.

@@JayRy they both look incredible! It seems as though Casa Del Mar is approaching $200 a night more than the Huntley, which as you mentioned Is already quite expensive. Loews seems to have suspended all bookings due to temporary closure 😢
@@CarThought I am not aware of the Loews closure but I will say this. If Casa Del Mar is too expensive to book, at least treat yourself to their lobby and Terazza restaurant because it is the best ocean and sunset view of ALL the Santa Monica higher end hotels
You can sit in their enormous lobby with cozy couches and a live piano player ❤️

Hey Jake, we have been to Marriott Los Suenos several times throughout the year but this specific filming was done in September.
Stayed there my wedding night and frequent the bar many times. One of my guests close down the roof top bar. EPIC June 15 1991. For sure not the same 2022. Love this place know matter what this guy says.

Reminiscing 😢stayed there in the eighties as a flight attendant with Lufthansa ! It used to be our crew hotel and I always loved it !😍 had my first , ok , little 😂earthquake there-great memories -the way we were 😢-nice renovation

Class of 2006 here. I think the Warrior went away after some people complained that it was appropriation (or something like that). As someone who has fond memories of the warrior, I miss it, but on the other hand, I kinda get it... times do change. As for all that new stuff (maybe you guys said this) that was thanks to measure E (and maybe a few donations/grants). It's really changed. Though the new performing arts building looks super nice and the pool came after I graduated! So, it's super, super recent.

I was torn between the two resort this along with your comparison video was a tremendous help. Amor Arenal it is! I aid people in booking vacations and I have a few recommendations for this area so I'll advise they stay away from Nayara If they can avoid it 😊.

yes, that was the way it was setup when we were there. It was worth it to us but there's lots of great choices if you dont go with Fuego...
