Some of these deaths were due to pure stupidity, eg the train one, but some of the others were ignorance and a lack of understanding of the need to concentrate and be safe when in a dangerous place, i.e. rock ledges waterfalls etc. Introducing a focus that is greater than the real priority (messing around with photography when your feet are not safe) will lead to death sometimes. sad but true. As for the crane operator, chasing a falling object is a dangerous folly, such as trying to stop a falling glass worth only a dollar or a euro - you probably wont catch it but are likely to hurt yourself badly whilst trying. I don't mean my comment in a bad way, they were mostly just kids and its all very sad that no-one taught them to take better care. I don't understand ho taking a selfie can make a boat that size sink so don't even believe that one.
