Would these mirrors work on any bike?
Granted they have 1 inch bars, they should do. Thanks for your comment!
For those doing this on a 2024 Honda Rebel 500 non ABS, you’re definitely gonna need the relay. I can confirm. Edit: Also. There is no need to fully uninstall the fuel tank. All you need to do is remove the single bolt that holds the tank to the bike. Pull the tank up and back, just like the seat, and move it over to the side to access the relay socket.
Thanks for your comment!
I wondering, do i have to adjust clutch cable or brake cable if i use a clip-on handlebar? it's gonna be quiet low like cafe racer.
Its really depends on the type of bars and how you are planning on routing the lines. Perhaps you will have to, perhaps not. :)
is the woodcraft clip-ons size 12" or 13.5"?
Thanks for your comment! Woodcraft clip-ons are 12” in length. :D
My biggest question is are the parts well made? If i buy one, im gonna buy all so they look similar but im worried about quality.
K-Speed is the original manufacturer of these parts and assures the highest quality. Any other unbranded part that looks similar is a knock off and terrible quality. I wouldn’t buy anything like these parts off ali express. I’m very happy with the quality of diablo parts. Hope that helped, Thanks for your comment :D
Thank you! That does help bc I am about ready to buy a bunch of stuff from them but nobody is specifically talking about quality in the parts. Just the looks. It had me wondering.
My pleasure. Yeah you can definitely feel the difference between the parts K-Speed makes and the knock-offs. The cheapie Chinese ones don’t even come close.
Where did you get that tank pad?
From aliexpress, i’m sure it will come up if you search something like rebel 500 leather tank pad :)
Thanks my wire was unplugged all the time , it work in my cb300r
Glad it helped. Thanks for the comment :)
thanks bro you saved me money
Thanks for your comment <3
Where is your gear indicator light from?
It is just a generic chinese one, i’m sure you can find it on aliexpress or ebay. Just search up Ninja 300 Gear indicator and pick whichever colour you like :) Thanks for your comment
I regret getting a 300. I wish i got a 600 or bigger starting out.
But they are so cute.
what side license plate is that? link please
Hey mate, thanks for your comment. I used just a generic license plate mount that you can get from ebay or ali express. But I made the extension arm myself. Hope this helped :)
Awesome video mate, I watched another video of the same install from another KZreadr and I much prefer your voice. He also had long finger nails and everyone knows you can’t trust any man with long nails hahaha good work mate
Thank you for the kind words my friend :) I appreciate you
Quick question.. do they ship their products to the US?
Absolutley!
najnudniejsze pierdolenie jakie tylko widziałem a mówią że kobiety dużo gadają gościu przed zawinięciem izolacją nawet nie sprawdził czy wszystko działa skręcił zegar a potem zakładał opaskę ......
Haha!
Do they ship to California ?
Hey there, I’m sure they are accessible worldwide. There are many people in USA with these exact parts also so you shouldn’t have any issues :) Hope that helped.
will it work on a 2023?
Hi Pat, Thanks for you comment. As I said in my video, yes it will work on a 2023 model but you will need to buy an additional item: The Electrical Relay, and install it under your tank. I left more info in the description of the video. Hope this helped!
The tankpad is too high xD
It’s very personal, I used it only for aesthetic purposes.
"Promo sm" 😓
I've tried 3 different cigarette lighter 12v usb and none of them fit. Any suggestions?
Hmm… Seems very strange. Its a universal socket so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Do you mean theres just a bit sticking out? That is normal if the adaptor is just tall, then I suggest a shorter one. Otherwise I’m not sure what you mean. If you provide further details I may be of assistance.
isnt KSpeed from Japan? sticker says Thailand
KSpeed is a Thai company but they have outlets in different countries, one of which is Japan. But all the parts are manufactured in Thailand. Hope this helped. Thanks for your comment
Thank you work on my ninja
What material is the tank made of? It sounds plastic in your video.
Hey, yeah thats right. It is plastic
Nice , thank you mate .
Awesome video, mate! I've got a 2020 Rebel 500 and I'm trying your installation method, but I can't seem to drill through the handlebar. Could it be the solid stock handlebar causing the issue or might it be the drill bit I'm using? 1:03
Hey brother, thanks for you comment! The stock handlebars are quite thick and that is probably why you’re having a hard time. However, the stock handlebars that are oem to the bike already should have holes. Which bar are you using?
The original stock OEM handle bars of 2020 Rebel.
Ahh, I just realised you are talking about the installation for the bar-end mirrors and not the handlebars (I made another video on handlebars). You should be able to drill holes but It will be more difficult. I cannot help you with that because to be honest I don’t have a lot of experience with drilling. All I can say is make sure you are using a proper drill bit for metal. But I suggest getting different handlebars as they already have holes on the end and will fit the mirrors perfectly as if you do it yourself there may be some error
Thanks mate appreciated!
The rebel looks mint. Just bought a 2014 kawasaki ninja 300, I'm gonna try mod mine similar to yours. It looked so sleek and wicked. Great video good to watch.
Nice man, I loved my ninja. Definitely lots of cool things you can mod it with. Thanks for your comment!
I love bike
@@motokasaki It already has some cosmetic damage to the fairings, few nicks and scratches. I'm learning how to ride so I might wait a few months before I fix the fairings. They'll probably be expensive too. Are yours gloss black or standard?
Yeah, good idea. They are matte black
Were the 1st drag bars uncomfortable?
Very, ahahhah. They had you leaning in and extending your arms too far for my liking. Thanks for your comment!
If you turn the steering full lock does it bump into the tank? I'm looking at installing this but worried about current clearance with the tank and i know this adds bulk.
Hey there, Thanks for you comment! With the set up shown in the video, full lock does not touch the tank in any way.
Hey bro I have the exact same helmet, and I wanted that exact same visor lol, can you like comment the link to it on revzilla or wherever you got it? id appreciate it a bunch you earned a sub bro. Or at least the exact name bc i want that exact visor but dont want the wrong one
Hey man, thanks for your comment! Here’s the link: www.ebay.com.au/itm/154534252903?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=a23WaE7BQEG&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=27ugylxcr-c&var=454611546595&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Thanks for making this type of video for newbies like me. I will follow and do it myself 😊
Thanks for you comment! Glad I could help.
Very nice detailed video. I would definitely keep the cover on to prevent dirt get into the socket. Would have preferred a more of a horizontal opening so water does not enter in rainy weather if you are riding.
Thank you for your comment! That definitely would have been a smarter engineering choice. Not sure why they didn’t think of that haha.
Hey MotoKasaki! Really cool bike, I have a kawi 300 as well and I was wondering if you know where to get the rear license plate bracket much like the one you have. I've looked a couple places but it looks kinda sketchy. Thanks in advance!
Hey there, thanks for you comment! I am not sure what you mean, the licence plate holder on my bike is stock so I haven’t changed it out. Also I am riding a rebel 500 now, the kawi was fantastic but I wanted a change of style.
@@motokasaki That makes a lot of sense actually. I bought my 300 used and there was already some modifications to it so I'm guessing the guy took off the stock license plate holder. Thanks anyway!
Sorry I wasn’t able to help, hope you find what you are looking for!
If u remove the tank cover, it will not leave some marks?
Thanks for you comment! The only points touching the tank are the adhesives and foam so there will not be any scratches. Most likely the adhesive will leave behind some residue but that can really easily be removed with brake cleaner.
@motokasaki Thanks a lot. I'm planning to buy K Speed mod for my cmx 500.
Awesome man! They are really great stuff, what are you planning on getting for it? Keep me updated :D@@dlc556
@@motokasaki tank, side pocket, under Cowl, Radiator, engine and wheel cover set.
Nice man, got the whole shabang going. I’m going to be getting a front fairing soon as well for my rebel, should look tight. Wheel covers should be awesome bro.
Is the handlebar longer than the original?
The handlebar has a different tilt than the oem one, so you are reaching a bit further to get to the grips if you know what I mean. In terms of length its pretty much the same or maybe only a cm longer or so. Hope this helped!
Beautiful bike! What bracket did you use to relocate your lisence plate to the side?
Hey man, thank you very much! :D Heres the link: www.ebay.com.au/itm/285251349678?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=WQb2fpwFRjq&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=27ugylxcr-c&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
You may want to use a dremmel to take some material off the cowl to make room for clutch cable & accessorie module & giving it a clean look on the cowl & creating a clean fitment for the clutch cable & the accessory module
Thanks for your comment! That’s a good idea but I would probably do it really badly so best to leave it as is.
Glue half a grommet after shaping with a dremmel. It will look neat and cushion the cable.
Burley brand makes some nice stilleto style shocks you may want to check out
I’ll be sure to check them out. Thanks!
Only for 1100 :(
You would have been better buying an aftermarket 12V socket, fixing it to your handlebars and running the wire directly to your battery. It has a waterproof top and if it fails, it's easy to swap it out.
Thanks for your comment. Personally I am not a fan of this option as connecting anything directly to the battery will always leave a room for human error. I’d rather it just turn on and off as the bike does.
Directly to a battery? Do you hear your self. The wireless charger would always be on and kill the battery even without a phone connected to it. It needs to be connected to ignition so it’s only on when the motor is on. Read a book
@ridered6271 And yet, in 6 years of my 12V socket being connected directly to the battery, I've never had any problems, isn't that wild.
@@Hondadctrideryeah that’s a lie. The charger will always pull 1 watt per socket for being plugged in. Not to mention your bypassing the fuse block.
just bought a 2017 im excited
Ninja’s are fantastic! Enjoy my friend! Ride Sade :)
Wait that exhaust is not legal🤔
This really popopopoppopoopopopoppopoop
very impressive work 🥰
❤❤
I don't notice any difference in the Diablo's from the stock bars, is their any difference?
The main difference for the diablo bar is that the handle has a less aggressive angle towards you. I’m not sure if that makes sense. Basically it is straighter than the stock ones and less bent in towards you. The “built in riser” is exactly the same height as the stock though so its just adjusting the straightness. Hope that helped
Nice video, thanks. God bless, ride safe.
Thank you so much 🥹 You too
Hey man, do you have a link for your license plate side mount?
Hey there, Here is the one I used: www.ebay.com.au/itm/285251349678?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=WQb2fpwFRjq&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=27ugylxcr-c&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
I had to make an arm for it though as it would not be legal in Australia if I mounted it straight on.
amazing filming 🫣
❤❤❤
bro the ninja 300 already comes with a helmet lock area under the seat. you just slip the D rings into the slot and then re-install your seat. since you need the key to remove the seat, a thief cannot take your helmet.
Yeah! I actually found out about that after I made the video. Haha. Thanks for the comment.
You need to install K&N high performance air filter, it is NOTICABLY better acceleration... This is a great bike overall, I own it for 8 years, still ride and can't let her go..40K miles on it - no issues, just keep up the maintenance, don't forget to flush and change DOT and Radiator fluid, will ride even better on actual Sport Tires...great on mountain twisty roads... Ride safe ✌️ P. S - one more mod - get LED bulbs 😎
Thanks for your comment Otar! Unfortunately I let the Ninja go :( . Now I’m riding a Honda rebel 500 which personally I am enjoying more than the ninja. But I have a lot of respect for you sticking with it all these years, it is certainly an amazing bike!
You got a link to the LEDs?
@@LuisLopez-fx7jr search online H7 led bulb, both high and low beam is H7, make sure to get the one that says 1:1 size, don't get the H7 that has a bulky end, it will not fit, again there are H7 LEDs that are exact oem h7 bulb size.... hope this helps ✌️....
@@LuisLopez-fx7jr responded twice but KZread blocks my message 🤔🤔🤔 Get H7 led...
