What paint do you recommend? I need black columns
This is really cool. We want to make outdoor furniture with this new material.
Is there a way to snap on or interchange column facade designs, because of appliances like refrigerators that need to be occasionally removed but need and extra .75 inch to slide by the column.
Why not a stainless steel or a brass or bronze outrigger?
Galvanized was requested by the architect and contractor on site. It was also dipped so it was done after being welded.
Oooo that's slick
Nice,good tunes too.
Wow! Old school. Haven’t seen that in a while. The machine looks new too. Go figure!
It's new school to us lol. We do mostly short runs so we don't need quick change overs. This machine is new and does have an automatic positioning system.
I’m sure it will make you some money 💰. Who is the manufacturer?
@@bobbarone7327 It's a Weinig
The best!!!!
Good lucky last subscribe to my brother told me to, but I didn't want to.
That was amazingly satisfying. What bit is this? Does it work as well on wood?
It is a mortising bit with a upper bearing. Pretty sure it's from Amana. It might blow out wood on the other side. You might have to start it on both sides and then push through.
Thats pretty handy! I had to match some old chair rail last month and this would have been pretty nice. Had to replace the whole room lol
Right on!
How much would something like this cost 😂
A good amount!
@@executivearchitecturalmillwork would you trade one for a highly energetic white Labrador retriever? Hes sweet unless you are a sock. I'm trying to recreate a ballroom in my den but on a budget. I'm Bougie on budget. 😅
Bet that cost a few $s
It definitely does! But gets the job done.

This! You can do that with solid surface too
Yes very similar process. Haven't tried it yet but plan to.

I've worked with pvc and you get fine white dust everywhere. They should have a new field, let's callbiy plasticry. Let those guys follow the carpenters after they finish up.
90% of these items are fabricated in our shop and just installed on site. We recycle all of our dust and scraps. It all gets shipped back to the manufacturer in PA to be made into new products. Not having to clean up the dust onsite is one of our big selling points.
Who in their right mind wants 2 pillars on the corner
We'll we appreciate the additional columns on the order.
@@executivearchitecturalmillwork yeah more money for you
One mishandler and you’ll hero the Lego noise
Woah
Great song bit don't think this is quite the same as going to war lol .
That looks awesome! Let's see a video on how clean it comes together please!😊
Unfortunately we just run the material, not install it. But after it's installed and painted it looks as if it was done with wood.
@@executivearchitecturalmillwork shoot! Oh well. Thanks for sharing!
it would be funny if you let me have it I think
What do you do about the shrinkage the movement of PVC you can move up to quarter inch either direction what do you do about it? How do you keep the joints together I just like to know thank you
PVC only has shrinkage on lengths over 12' in applications like a fascia board. It also depends on what brand your using. Cheap pvc will move a lot more then an premium brand because of all the fillers they use to make it cheaper. Another factor is how you are fastening it. It needs to be screwed, you can not use finish nails. These panels are cnc cut out of solid sheets eliminating the chance of joints opening up. Hope that was helpful.
Is this a vacuume table? We're stuck using basic machining clamps. It's a nightmare
Yes it has a vacuum table. Only way to go with stuff like this.
@@executivearchitecturalmillwork if you can imagine moving clamps around as you go, placing weight on the acrylic, anything you can imagine just about.
What kind of primer is required what type of paint is used what the proper method required for cleaning and prep before priming / prainting
Painting and priming depends on what brand paint you are using. Each brand will have their our protocols to honor their warranties.
Nice!
Beautiful work
What's the name of the song? And this is very satisfying
Cool joint!
Thanks!
How much for this outdoor shower?
This is really cool. Thanks for sharing. Are you hiring?
