I loved your video and that this is one of H. B. Sherman Mfg unique sprinklers. I am wondering if you have any of the Raintime impact sprinklers which I have a couple and one working from back in the 1960's. The reverse mechanism is internal not external like the sprinklers of today. If you know where I can find them or get them I would be very thankful. I am a disabled veteran and impact sprinkler hobbyist and collector. I used to fix these sprinklers from the time I was a young teen and have never stopped enjoying them. Now I cannot find them or get them from anywhere. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My youtube channel Randy's Sprinklers.

My trimmer sucked up some fishing line and melted in the bushing, seizing it up. I ground off the existing stihl retaining ring with a dremel, and got a E-type circlip from a hardware store. I had a feeling the E-type would pop off, but needed to get the machine running so I just installed it. It worked for about 45 minutes and then popped off. However, disassembling and cleaning seemed to fix my issue so i'm not that upset about having to buy another ring!

I've got one of these. It's been around along time but the strap that pulls it along is broken and has been out in the shed for yrs. Also have a stationary one but the knob on top corroded up and one of my kids tried to fix it. Broke off the brass screws on top and tried to get them out but messed it up. Loved both of those sprinklers. Wish they still made them. Thanks for posting these as I sub to your channel.
