  Dang…. So I can sue? We do our taxes with a license professional that went and got a degree. Because we thought that by doing it that way we don’t go to jail. My mom has to pay 2k in taxes that the irs said she didn’t pay. My mom looked back at the statement our accountant made for us and the numbers don’t match. So, I told my mom, the accountant has to pay for it. We already paid our share of taxes that our license accountant said we had to pay. It’s not our fault she messed up.

  No, usury refers to loans and/or debts made against one's personage rather than retained with validly exchangeable collateral. A mortgage is not usurious, regardless of how much interest is charged on it, or for delinquency on its payments, since in the case of delinquency the house can be seized. Usury is evil because it is preemptive slavery. That the definition of 'usury' was expanded to INCLUDE exorbitant interest rates on loans is merely that, an additional definition, like how the word 'run' has over 600 definitions; we still know what people mean when they say 'run.'

  Morality is supreme. God's legality comes before man's. As I understand it, according to nature and Catholic moral theology, there is no difference between renting out a vehicle and money. Usury appears to be a contract that extorts payments and thieves and enslaves the borrower.

  Whatever happened to Attorney Client Privilege🤔🤔🙄🙄An attorney speaking publicly in regard to a client's personal business and private affairs can be reprimanded by the bar or disbarred, regardless of the fact that he or she may be no longer representing the client. Discussing a client's or past client's criminal history, or otherwise, is viewed as a breach of confidentiality. Do you think that this client would actually want viewers to know their personal business?   I purchased two houses with the agreement the ex would fix the up however they did a partial fix up. Now we’re apart and everything is in my name except the utilities. Do I have to sale and give half? Or, is it mine if the deed is in my name and it’s free and clear.

  What about when the landlord cinspires with 2 other residents to to write you up over imaginary priblems. Such as the 2 of them harassing a tenant while he walks his dog and when he tells them to leave him alone they have him written up and sent to owner and park attorney? Plus dangerous plants on the property that could put someone in the hospital or poke an eye out such as Caribbean Agave? Harassed over removal of. I'm a homeowner in a mobilehome park and have been relentlessly Harassed by 3 consecutive park managers. Along with 2 residents. Never once have the cops been called to my home. Haven't been late on any bill since Nov 2021. What then? I can't get these bitter old hags to leave me alone and stop harassing me out of my home i purchased (just lot rent. Own the home).

  The most widely recognized reference to usury comes from Dante’s Inferno. Usury originally meant charging any interest on a loan. Late fees were charged but not interest.

  Thank you for the valuable information My accountant has been paid in full, 7 weeks ago, he's not filing my taxes. He's stretching and stretching, I got a demands letter from CRA. He refused to claim my payroll employee and my business expenses, and he said you can't include that. This us my first nuwith this firm, my previous accountant did a fantastic job. I just need tge tagine, so CRA is not chasing me, then I'll hire someone to review the expenses. This firm made promises but never followed up with keeping tge promises, also git their money in full 9 weeks ago, I can't afford not to do the tax ir do tge tax. I asked to to send me my moback abd delete my corporate information from the database base immediately, but they are still promising to look into my very simple company's taxes and I should wait. Please advise, please
