I would have loved to see more of this bar. I love the atmosphere this bar has and I love the aesthetics, it awakens my dormant artistic soul and makes me feel like sketching something. P.S. I would have loved to see more of the drinks too, this bartender is definitely an artist, and I would love to see more of his creations.
Beautiful moment
He looks like an android
Really enjoyed this session A big thanks to you But can you please come on a taste on jumai chukubestu 🙏
What's the price?
Cool and all but poorly managed. If this guy has an accident all those recipes are gone. The bar is hard to find too which isn’t good for business also that’s imo though
Lmao
What's with the warning to guests at the end lol?
Thank you for this series hope you make more !
Thank you for the support!
this guys barber did him so dirty
I would work with you 😅
Hey. Do you live in Japan? I have a business proposition for you and your skills.
Merhaba cem, arada Türkçe içerikte üretsen süper olur.
Damn...I was just in Osaka. Missed a lot of gems.
Now you have a reason to come back!:)
cok guzel cem im tesekkur ederim giyinisin yahudiler gibi olmus biraz ama video bomba
It seems there is evidence of spirits being made in China in the no later than the 13th century. Is he claiming Ryukryu Kingdom did it before that?
i do like the rum cusk. The whiskey grows on you after a few drinks. Pleasant, sweet, and bold whiskey I recommend at $60 for 750ml
I used to come here all the time. Can you remind me of the owners name?
Yoshie san!
Available in the states?
Awesome bar. Amazing mixologist and wonderful clients. Had a great time here and that Old Fashioned is a must try. Truly amazing. Will definitely return to this establishment.
What a beautiful cocktail! I'm adding this bar to my "must visit" list! Thanks!
Amazing cocktail, what is the name of the red bottle he pours before the sweet vermouth at 5:16? It looks so interesting.
Gran Classico by Tempus Fugit Latin for time flies - an aperitif amaro now made in Switzerland, but from a 1860's recipe from Turin. A maceration of 25 aromatic herbs and roots including wormwood, gentian, bitter orange peel, rhubarb, and hyssop. <3
I respect you doing your thing man but just way too many cringey mouth noises going on in this vid, it’s seriously hard to watch lol just for some feedback for ya.
wow so great so poetic and smooth with it.
Hi, I left a comment on another one of your videos a while back regarding how I planned on visiting all the places you're channel has recommended. I finally finished my trip to Japan while visiting my long-distance partner and I just wanted to thank you so much for your videos, otherwise we wouldnt have found some of our favorite bars <3 Shiki stood out to me the most----Nakaichi-san was incredibly kind and we were lucky enough to be his only customers for several hours on a Friday evening. He really pampered us and even convinced me to pick up a bottle of gin before I left the country since he highly recommended it 😅. Thank you again for all these vids and I look forward to where you visit next! (P.s. some places I'd be interested in seeing you visit are Lamp Bar in Nara and Tom&Jerry Bar in Osaka!) Cheers!~
Thank you so much!! Such a motivation for us to see a comment like this :)) Glad you had a nice time discovering the bar scene of Japan!
Fantastic video! Thank you for posting!
NAKAICHIIIIIII I miss him so much
Ive neber been to naha, it seems like it was cold in the winter. Im moving back to Japan next year, lets get a drink at Nayuta!
Really nice! When does he put campari in? Is that the pink cream with campari or is the pink cream raspberry cream? What is he shaking after stirring the cocktail?
Thank you! The cream is shaken and then separated into two parts, Campari is then added to one part.
@@wineandspiritsofjapan2868 Thank you so much for the kind reply! Any chance you know what coffee is being used? Espresso perhaps? When he stirs the cocktail does he stir with ice? Is the cream shaken with ice or dry shaken? How does he make the campari and cream look so smooth together? It is hard to tell from the video and I would love to make this cocktail at home if possible! Any instructions you can give are really appreciated.
This channel is a hidden gem. I love the insight into a fascinating people and country. Informative, and presented in such a relaxed style. Wonderful ☺
Thank you for the kind words!
I love the fact when the customer asked for something smokey the bartender went straight for the Ardbeg 😁👍 cant go wrong there. that drink looked good. wish i could get over there and try one someday. 😁👍
Hashimoto San is so welcoming , I hope one day we can together visit the distillery.
This channel is so interesting, id love to hear about Japanese summer favorites or out there cocktails. Either way would be great, thanks for the awesome videos 🙏
amazing execution , great example of japanese finesse .. thank you very much for sharing .
I had the previous bottle design written "12 YO single malt Kura Whisky", same AbV, from same distillery, and Dark Green Forest Box Packaging. It is delicious pear apple finish, nose: caramel, fruity, honey, and has a little bit sake aroma. It is still available in some liquor store in SEA.
Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
Japanese perfection
I found this channel a little while back as I recently got into building a home-bar and learning how to mix cocktails myself~ My partner recently had to move back to Japan due to his citizenship, and I miss being able to visit bars with him. I have family in Osaka and I plan on visiting later this year to see my partner. This channel has been perfect for helping me put a list together for places we gotta visit once I get there. Thank you so much! 😊
Thank you for your nice comment! We hope you enjoy your visit :)
I would visit this bar just to watch the poetic movements of this amazing bartender, a true artist and a poet. Thank you for the presentation.
Totally agree. Truly mesmerizing...

Haven't been to Trinity yet but Bar Juniper is actually one of our favorite bars! Hopefully we can make a video soon :)

Any chance you could make one right now and Send it to me in an Uber?😉
クセがすごいなー笑
The disclaimer at the end was so funny yet kind of arrogant, however it seems like they had many bad experiences with costumers before
Yes, Bar Nayuta is a very welcoming place for foreign customers. But some might have behaved inappropriately in the past, hence the amusing rule board at the entrance :)
Thanks to you we have chance to enjoy from this cocktail experience , great content !
Thank you!
Yoichi is now approaching $80-$100 in the USA 😞
Ah, sad but not unexpected given the demand for Japanese whisky abroad. It might still be relatively cheaper than other Japanese single malts in the USA
Amazing place. It’s really cool seeing creative bartenders work.
Fully agree :) stay in tune for seeing more amazing bars from Japan!
