Hi, Daisy To my best knowledge, definitely NO. If developer went bankrupt, they won’t be able to file disclosure statement & get development permit & so on. Developer bought the land years ago and has been waiting for price to go up.

Hey Jersey, you missed the overpass that is planned to be built on Holdom Avenue next year. Douglas Rd travelling south will eventually blocked and people will have an unobstructed pathway to the south with an overpass, so a 10-minute wait won't be necessary.
Hey, that’s such a great comment! We did forget to mention about that in the video! The overpass with 4 lanes for cars + walk/bike side lanes, finishing I believe 2025/2026. Haha. The inverted color ending really took this vid from normal showing of a beautiful den to twilight zone, backrooms type of vibe. The room is immaculate, stunning but almost too empty and it almost feels like your trying to hide something...then again it's nearly 2am and I'm a serial over thinker 😅

No , you do not seal the base of the toilet , if your flange doesn't seal properly it willleak and rot your wood under toilet and you won't now until it's too late .
Thanks for sharing! Developer also suggested not to seal the toilet. But client worry pee/water might flow into the gap if no silicon seal. No?

did solterra hold back this penthouse since 2018 and is releasing it now? people have lived in this building for years
Yeah, it's quite common for developers to hold back the penthouse levels. Solterra now also have their penthouses at the Bordeaux building Burnaby ready too. :)
