The argument raised Jwara Bucs needs further interrogation. There are National Team players who play sports like hockey whether indoor or outdoor (in various age groups) who have to pay each time they wish to participate at national level. Is it fair that parents should carry the burden of paying for a child or relative who is representing South Africa.. The question the remains: who needs to be supported: the vulnerable player or the vulnerable superfan. As a retired grandparent who is saddled with costs for my under21 hockey player (outdoor) and the same player has to bear the costs for the SA Men's hockey team (Indoor) the argument by the chairperson does not hold muchh water. I would like the team to pose the questions to him.

When it comes to CAF we needed fairness from PSL or SAFA they must stop hatred for Sundowns because in other countries where by involved teams never played their local matches as long as people are jealous of Sundowns its gonna be difficult for us to win. Al Ahly are still playing their league matches now because of their commitment to CAF

The chap doesn’t understand football, Pirates doesn’t have caf foundation at all, is such tournaments you don’t just appear and win the tittle, you start by building, creating a team that can compete physically and Mentally, as things Stand Pirates doesn’t even have a consistent starting eleven, our players are not mentally strong to compete in that level let alone wining the tournament, I’m a Bucs fan and I know we are not yet ready to win Caf

According to me we must use the majority league players for CAF championship matches because they will be match fit. However all other local cups sundowns must be use those players who are not regularly in DSTV league matches. So the CAF matches must be dominated by DSTV match players and local cups must be dominated no regular players fixturing in DSTV league matches. That will be my rotation and we must not be obsessed with invisibility by winning games of consequences. Must not rush to conclude the league early it is not working for us.

As much as we want, I think Pirates might win the league, but I don't see them making it at CAF Champions league, This is due to the lack discipline of their in their defence... individually they have great defensive players, but tactically, they're not discipline, they leave to much space for opponents, plus Pirates uses their left and right defensive players, in their attacks, leaving ample space for counter attacks. If you look at how Esperance de Naturena won against Sundowns, they won it by just being discipline in defence, and that's what you need to win, cause you're not always going to have position and starting play from the back.

Out of 4 matches between Sundowns and the Sea Robers, ezimnyama nge nkani... Joze won 2, while Rulani won 1... Tactically Rulani isn't the best coach is SA, he's just a coach on a high budget, Don't come bash Pirates about making a doc for winning Nedbank Cup

The only thing the PSL may consider is to change their calendar from Europe to Africa. By doing that teams participating in CAF will have much time to rest and prepare for CAF games.
