Anyone’s machine take forever to dry? We just put a load in and it says 4 hours and keeps adding time on it. We cleaned lint, did everything.

When removing the lint filter, you say to turn it clockwise, but you’re turning it counterclockwise. You turn it clockwise when you’re putting it back in to lock it in place, and that’s exactly what you do in the video. And you do say to turn it clockwise when you’re putting the filter back in.

Tip: don't pull the drawer fully out when pouring liquid, because it will go in the front compartment that's separated and water won't hit it.

Samsung washing machine's are freaking garbage, worst I've ever owned. Tested multiple settings and it takes forever to wash clothes and clothes still come out smelly, with stains even after a 2-3 hour wash! My old Bosch would take only an hour on cotton 40 degrees and clothes would come out perfectly clean and smelling heavenly. Avoid Samsung. Garbage.

When I run "Wash + Dry", when its finish, clothes are very hot, but still very wet. I just bought it used less than 3 times. what can be reason? is there something I need to check?

  • @homehelper9273

And you've tried the weight and reducing the amount of clothes, as suggested here? Otherwise, try removing any specific dense items. Hopefully that will help

Thank you. Just bought one of these washing machines and the manual is one of the worse ones I’ve ever come across. Had to ring Samsung 6 times and every time I learnt something new that the other person didn’t tell me re my enquires. Still trying to work out the eco bubble button as to how how much less detergent you should use.

THANK YOU !! I;ve been searching for weeks to find this, dowloaded the manual to no avail, even added 'spin only' on the downloaded section of the smart things app, can't get any sense out of that, Just tried your way and HEY PRESTO !!! it works, I am so grateful for this and and so happy I found your video. I can now relax and use my washer as I intended. Brilliant ! :D P.S. any tips on how to use the smart things app?? all it seems to do is tell me when my washing is done !
