I just read , BETWEEN TWO Trailers. I was surprised the writer was not like the girl from INDiana. It is about a little girl whose father is a drug dealer and mum a psych nurse nut. She failed to tell us anything about the man she married or wether she lost the wt.. Maybe it was just edited badly. THE NARRATOR has a very nice voice but did not fit the main character. It was a grabber. This writer is something to make such a different character so believable. Usually books are nearly biographical.

Hopefully legislation will come through to stop companies like this from buying up every property in cash keeping buyers out of the market. They are a plauge here in florida with some of the worst property management in the field. They rope home owners into bad contracts, tack 200 dollars of mandatory fees on to your monthly rate, they have horrific repair men, if and when you can get them to fix something. If you want to change to a better internet service that is a fee, along with your new on top of the bill for their internet that you cannot get rid of. They charge 10 bucks a month for 20 dollars of filters a year, the smart home features which is a smart thermostat and a video doorbell(sometimes) is another mandatory fee monthly. We considered renting from them and the only common thing we found from the 50 Tennants we met here in Florida was "Avoid at all costs, we can't wait to finish our first and last lease with them." Not sure if this guy buys his own bullshit or is just that comfortable about lying out his ass, looks like a scumbag so I'm thinking he's just a liar.

Interesting guy, but I don’t think that economic inequality is the problem, rather it is a symptom of a fundamental flaw in the constraints of the game itself. All men are not created equal, and as such economics is really luckenomics where the bell shaped curve of distribution is over opportunitistically exploited by those outside two standard deviations. A more equitable economic structure would recognize this fact an allow those less lucky to live in dignity somehow recognizing that their misfortune is actually an asset for societies as a whole. Certain Native American tribes knew this, and their ideas were exported, first to Europe as the beginning of liberalism and compassionate governance. Don’t forget the fantastic inequality as such did not happen overnight, and the righting of the ship will be iterative as well. There is no big simple switch we can throw and wake up to a new era.

Really impressed with Scott Ford. Westrock is lucky to have him. I live in south central Idaho. Back when cell phones were just taking off, Alltel provided the best service in our rural area. Verizon was smart to buy em' up. We've subscribed to Verizon for the last 16+ years, because those Alltel cell sites still provide the best coverage in our area. We also have been enjoying Great Value French Roast k-cups. Very tasty at good price. Thanks Scott.

Hello, I preordered an Ebike on indiegogo and the campaign was closed but I never received my refund of 4,078$ nor the item. I have been trying to get my money bank with my bank but Indiegogo keeps fighting it and rejecting the chargeback. This incident has been ruining my life and have contacted the campaigners and indiegogo and none of them have been able to help me or are willing to. I have all the proof and information of this incident, my last hope is contacting the owner and getting a resolution. Please help Becky

It's time to put an end to the absurdity! The housing market works “simply”. People sell their homes for reasons such as downsizing, upgrading, or supporting their growing families, and builders construct new homes in response to demand. This creates a balanced market for both sellers and buyers. However, the current housing market is different. Large corporations such as Zillow manipulate the market for their profits, and companies like Tricon Residential Inc./Blackstone Inc. and Invitation Homes purchase single-family homes and turn them into rental properties. Additionally, 'Ibuyers' such as Opendoor Technologies Inc. buy houses and hold them until the prices increase, so they can sell them for a profit. Unfortunately, these corporations negatively affect home affordability for everyone, including both buyers and sellers. Therefore, our national, state, and local governments need to consider the harmful effects that these organizations have on housing inventory, affordability, and the economy as a whole. “Let’s curb limited liability corporations and private investors, at least regarding residential real estate, more aggressively than just requiring full transparency. There must remain a path to opportunity for individuals and families in the residential real estate market. To make this possible, LLC and private investor participation in residential real estate must be severely limited. An individual seller’s opportunity to maximize his or her profit should not be the only dictate. Affordable residential real estate and rent is critical, indeed paramount, to societal quality of life.” John Healy kzread.info/dash/bejne/pZt1vJaScamTiJs.html

Gary is not the first person to talk about the cost of living in this world as a human. Humans are the only creature that has to pay to live. Philosophers have been saying this for centuries. At the end of the day, Gary should not think it’s his job to save everyone because in reality, people don’t care. They want to be numb to the idea of what is happening. Until it happens, people won’t see his message. So at the end of the day, what will happen has already happened. Only the best survive. I suggest everyone to try day trading as a vehicle for wealth. It’s the easiest vehicle.

Poorly run company. Missed revenue by a long shot, cheated their way to EBIT by cutting 10% of staff…and they continue to cut. Diluted stock value by taking out massive convertible note to buy Also Energy (a hardware company with low fixed margins). Executive team are cast offs from Amazon and GE. They need to dump all hardware; consulting services; EV charging and cut staff by half. Sweep the executive team and bring in folks that actually understand and embrace renewables (not chaos!). Carrington is problem #1, but he is former GE and GE are one of the largest shareholders so they will keep him around until they grow weary of burning through cash at unfathomable rates.
