  The lighting is a bit bright on the carpet for me so I couldn't tell really. But his process is pretty good especially with the filtration line agitation. For me, as nice as some of the results are, I'm not sure how much of a flush the carpets actually get. The water dumps are pretty minimal to me. What you think?

  It looked wayyyy better in person. Camera didn’t do it justice guys. I’m going to check in with client tomorrow and see how it dried, I’ll keep you posted on the update! Every once in awhile we do have to do a free follow up service. I’d rather go back than oversoak the carpets. Last thing we want to do is create a bigger problem than we came to solve.

  This was a MCNASTY I love it you lighten it up to light grey I didn’t know it was lighter there were some stains that had to be removed customers tend to be cheap and not pay extra, some was wear and tear 😍😍😍😍😍🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  You should buy a Groovy Grout cleaner so you don't have to bend over to clean the floor. The Groovy Grout cleaner is a stand up walker scrubber that is designed for grout lines. It would make your job much easier, and they aren't that expensive... 😉💯

  Needs the tanks on it for much more added weight to dig in better and spraying while it’s scrubbing, that will help you immensely because it will free up the guys you got spraying for you to go do something else and you can spray n scrub at the same time plus the solution in the tank gives the machine extra weight so you can power through those stains with just one pass instead of going over them so many times

  Wow! I really didn't think that dirt was coming up. Those multiple passes with the CRB and your attention to detail with the drill brush, amazing! Really cleaned that tile up wonderfully.
