Why is it a year later and I can't find any helpful videos on your product? My M1 came in today with very little instructions and no useful setup videos anywhere. I set it up for rotary like you have it but it keeps trying to roll off the blocks.

It's not clear how this works. It looks like a knob at the top of the pen. do you put paint or ink in there? do you change the color

This video needs updating, the screen end of my X1 doesn’t come off to extend the x axis, I have extended from the non screen end but am left with no way of securing the drive belt as it was previously fixed by a screw going into the frame when the extension piece doesn’t have the hole.
Did you happen to figure it out?Cause i'm facing the same issue
@@davidmedina8717 I did David, I took the whole of the end non screen end off by removing the end of the casing and the top of the casing, this gave me access to the hex bolts that go into the end of the gantry and two that go down through the gantry, there was also a small hex bolt that secures the drive belt, that went into a threaded hole that isn't present on the supplied extension piece, I ended up using the block that fits into the rail from one of the riser legs. I effectively extended from the opposite end that their video shows, hope that makes sense David.
Scammers!! Tivok is not a trustworthy company. For more then 6 months i have been trying to resolve problems with them and they keep on stalling because they do not want to refund me back. My laser does not cut no way near what is advertised on the site.(their 20w is equivalent to a 5w from a proper manufacturer.) 20w laser that cannot cut thru 3mm wood sheets?? That is nice, ain't it?! and if that is not enough to prove tyvoks quality, the laser even jams allot because its running on wheels that are not fixed to the frame. Also because of that, if you have to make 2 or more passes, its looses steps and precision. Worst part is the costumer service and protection. I spent close to 1800euros now they dont want to refund, they say the fair refund is 600e and i keep the crappy week laser. That is not fair at all, but in their head , it is what is fair and if i want to get something back thats the most i can get. I DON'T WANT TO KEEP THIS CRAP, I WANT MY REFUND!! Every day for 6 months contacting trying to find a solution but they just keep on stalling not to refund. Borderline sociopath costumer service experience. Not advised!! If you want to spend money to have stress and be neglected, then, Tyvok Spider Lasers are for you. I will have to go to Court, otherwise, i have been Scammed and there is nothing i cant do about it. This is being one of the worst experiences of my life. I dont know how i will trust any other China Company Again. This is being traumatizing!
