LISTEN UP EVERYONE Instead of going through the pain in the ass of adding the epidemic cards, just ask ChatGPT to roll a 14 sided die. If the result is one, it triggers an epidemic. Or ask Siri to roll 2 dice and if the combined result is 2, 3 or 4, it triggers an epidemic. You’re welcome.

What if two or three Cobra command cards are out as in one boss two lieutenants? What order of play happens, or just two lieutenants happens? no one has covered this in any of these review videos.

So please correct my understanding where you see fit. This is a set collection game of hoping you draw up the 3 sets of 3 similarly-colour cards? Cards have costs when played to impact your progress or someone else's?
@treesapgamesАй бұрын
That is mostly correct, players are trying to collect 3 experience cards from each decade (these are your sets), each card has a monetary cost which you pay for with your salary. There are also action cards, which do not have a monetary cost but can be used to sabotage opponents in a "take that" mechanic.

Sorry, this wasn’t helpful at all. You go too fast. You don’t explain what the overall goal of the game is with context (and saying “the goal is to win” might seem funny to you, but it just made me roll my eyes and want to go watch another tutorial). You jump into what players can do each turn, again, without explaining the goal, and a 3 second blurb about the jump core doesn’t cut it. A good way to lead a tutorial is to slow down. State the scenario, necessary parts of the board, and overall goal, “the board shows rooms of the ship all of you are on. You each have a different role and set of skills where you work together to fend off aliens and repair the Jump Core, which is located over here on the board.” Kinda like the way the directions explain it on page 4. Notice how the very next step in the directions is to “take a moment so that everyone can familiarize themselves with what all the systems do”. Why? Because there’s a lot going on here with literally like 7 different types of cards. 1) Explain the goal with context. 2) Go over set up and explain the parts of the board. 3) Then explain hame play, all the while reminding people what the very tippy top priority is, which is to repair the jump core, and emphasize how easy it is to get distracted by other things like aliens, shields and computer systems. 4) Slow down. Or maybe just ignore what I said and keep doing what you’re doing. I didn’t finish the video. I gave a thumbsdown (which I never do, except for Andrew Tate fan boy posts) and went to the Meeple tutorial. Good luck.
