A question what is the outcome of such a block?
Surgery
Very nice narration , thanks
This video was really informative! I have a lot of neck pain and muscle cramps/tension probably arising from the facet joints, do you know anyone in Australia that specializes in treating this or does the procedure you've just explained?
Is there English version availabl
thank you

Фантазер.
Recently I have been practising blocks for work so watch videos a lot. Yours is BY FAR the best educational video and great correlation with anatomy and ultrasound image. I wonder how you achieved those absolutely clear photos/images..😊Muchas gracias.
Pls translate to English
why get that close to the SA?
Which US probe is used here? Curvilinear probe? What is depth setting? Thank you so much for a good video!
Excelente! Muchas gracias
Video is excellent. I found something controversial. Plz see. U have mistakenly labelled carotid artery as subclavian artery. Subclavian artery usually is not at such higher levels as C4 ,C5. Its carotid artery ...which goes along in close proximity to the vertebral body
Yes. There is a mistake there
Perfect
Great illustration ❤❤
Is that approach medial to lateral??!! 😮😮
best of best
Excelente presentacion
how much concentration of the LA can be administered
Beautifully demonstrated! KUDOS to you!!
I had this done 2 months ago for my pelvic floor disfunction and prudeldal nerve Nurolgia and it did nothing for me.
I have just been scheduled to have this done to me on both sides. I wasn't aware this can be done through my back vs through my perenial area while I lay on my back and feet in stirrups? Is this correct? Do you have any advise for me? I have prudendal neuralgia, pelvic floor disfunction, muscle astrophy, incontinence, and un able to releive myself without a catheter I am a male.
Which surgeries do you use it for? Thank you for great video.
I use it for spine surgery
Cool

Ho provato il trattamento sulla mia schiena, dolore....ma si sopravvive 😂😂
Thank you very much
Muito Bom!!!!!
Very nice video. I want to ask about surgical procedures you thread the catheter that far. Thanks
Depending on how far you raise the catheter, it works as a caudal, lumbar, or thoracic epidural block. Same surgical indications
Caudal chez l'adult 😮
Excellent teaching presentation ❤🎉
Hai..want to ask..it is patient need to lie prone?
For chronic pain injections I use the prone position. For anesthesia, lateral decubitus
Bravo, you are always innovative. I wish i will be able to do it
One picture equals a thousand words
Bravo 👍
I have done this block to a 150 kg patient. Not easy.
Thanks for sharing
